1 /5 Dupea Barbara (Babs): I just called this company to ask for a quote for liability insurance w/SR-22 first the receptionist Christina who answered the phone put me on hold and ask an agent about my request and came back to tell me that they couldnt handle that and I wasnt referred to another company that could and wasnt even allowed to speak directly to one of the agents. Then after hanging up and not satisfied with the response because I thought maybe I didnt give enough information or there was a misunderstanding I called back and was directed to an agent by the name of Nanette? anyway I was told that even though they could write up a quote they thought that my needs might be better met by calling another agency. OK???? I can only assume after that response that business must be so good there that they dont need any new business. On a scale of 1 - 10 I would only give this company a 1 and only a 1 because they did at least answer their phone.
