    Ashley Lee: I visited the Swarovski store on sunday in the afternoon. There were two female employees working. When I came in, they were both helping customers, which I completely understood. However, once one of them finished, she did not assist me; instead, she chose to help another customer who came in after me. I tried to be patient and reasoned that perhaps she assumed I was just looking around. But after waiting an additional 10-15 minutes, I began to feel dismissed. While the second employee was checking out her customer, I even lined up behind them, hoping she would assist me afterward. But no—once she was done, she immediately attended to yet another person who had just walked in. They completely ignored us. This felt like blatant discrimination. Do they think I’m not capable of purchasing Swarovski products? I have been a loyal customer, purchasing many items from Swarovski, but this is the first time I’ve ever experienced such offensive behavior.

    Jill OBrien-Dawson: The love of my life bought me a beautiful ring for Valentines Day. I loved everything about it. Thankfully he also bought the warranty that is offered. Eight months later one of the smaller diamonds fell out. No problem - it happens. Because we live in Bellevue we took it to that store for repair. The lady behind the counter refused to repair it as we did not bring it in for the six month adjustment. We did not do this because we were not given that piece of the warranty paperwork that stated we should bring it in. Its a separate document. She suggested that we take it to the Redmond store to see if that manager would be willing to help us. One look at the warranty paperwork we did have, he immediately said yes. He was kind, courteous and professional. Thank you Erik! You are a great manager for Fred Meyer.

    JOSHUA PELLOW: I have always had a pleasant experience with everyone at Pandora Bellevue. And today was no different, I work in Bellevue and I don’t always have the time to browse and shop simultaneously on my visits, so the BOPIS option is excellent, I placed my order in the morning and by early afternoon I came in to collect the charms I selected, above and beyond service! My order wasn’t ready but the lovely lady who assisted me picked them and wrapped them beautifully. She asked me how long I had been collection and I said since 2013, and she was pleasantly impressed! Which made me feel valued in and as a returning customer. Pandora for me is like a candy shop, haha! It’s always sweet to pick up something shiny that brightens my day! Thank you team Bellevue! ❤️
