She presented herself Extremely respectfully in the courts. The judge and she seemed to have a relationship built on mutual respect. She fought for my case and got me a more than favorable outcome. Rarely do we seek out the services of a lawyer under extremely happy circumstances, at least that wasn’t the case for my husband! My husband faced the unknown and needed someone he could trust and believe in to get him through it. As his caregiver and wife it was up to me to find the appropriate person for the job. I wasn’t sure if I could believe all the raving reviews I read about Edgar Hall of Washington Debt Law; I was skeptical such a beloved lawyer could even exist. By the time I hung up from my first conversation with him though, I absolutely KNEW I had an ally! Mr. Hall’s expertise and finesse was EXACTLY what was needed to successfully navigate the ordeal; I could not recommend him more highly for any legal matter that he covers! I felt I was being lectured rather than being helped. Communication did get better over time but that first impression was discouraging. I also had a phone conversation with Katherine Chrostowska. She downplayed my job/work duties and was belittling. Approximately 2 years ago, I was struggling with severe anxiety, PTS and depression. This interaction I had back then was unprofessional and insensitive. My hope is that no one else is treated this way.

My only disappointment was letting it go to the mediator rather than the judge. Other than that he and his team were fantastic. At the end of it was covid so I had to go there to get my "check" they slipped it out the door to me so I never really got to say thank you. So thank you Brian Duce and team.
