LB: If 0 stars was an option, it applies to the representation from Dennis Schroader. I talked to him on the phone initially and then he deferred to a legal assistant who was out of state in Florida. I could not get in touch with anyone from their office and was updates last minute (if at all) in my case. He had someone else attend the final hearing who knew nothing about my situation. There were moments throughout where it was imperative to strike while the iron was hot, and yet, Dennis and his staff dragged their feet on everything. I was billing opportunity instead of a client. The charges were far and above higher than the representation was worth. The bills were padded with multiple charges for things that did not occur. They have no problem with being timely and proactive about collecting money from their clients. I ended up changing to an attorney he was opposing in another case. She gets the job done and is communicative, organized, and up front about costs. I only wished I switched sooner and perhaps I would’ve had a better outcome.
