  • Rewired Fitness Co - Spokane
Rebecca Rodriguez: I came in for a few drop in classes while traveling through and loved that I found Rewired! Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. The space was clean and organized and it was easy to jump into the classes. Also music selection was absolutely great to work out to!!! You should probably have some experience with CrossFit or similar style workouts if you are just dropping in but the instructors were helpful and demonstrated all the movements in case you need it. Also provided helpful modifications to help me avoid stressing a previous injury. Overall would say GO! If I lived here I’d make it my home gym for sure!
    Rewired 247 - Mead
Sara Stewart: I’m afraid my review of Rewired 247 is going to be a bit involved, and a friend is posting this for us because we don’t need anymore harassment from this company. My partner and I each had our own membership, and when we started with them, about five years ago, they were wonderful. The staff was exceptional, the equipment wasn’t new but was well-maintained, and the facilities were always clean. Since the new owners have taken over there has been a dramatic change. Yes, the equipment is new, which is nice. But the staff is rude and unprofessional. When issues with the cleanliness of the bathrooms was brought to their attention, we were informed that the maintenance people only work weekdays, which explains the disgusting conditions of the bathrooms. Being a bit germophobic, we would clean the bathrooms we were using, before and after. After a while, the staff informed us we are not allowed to do this and accused us of using harsh cleaners that left a white residue on the walls (vinegar does not do this), and were then told we are only allowed so many minutes to shower, claiming people are always waiting, which is untrue. Our property is still being developed, and we do not have running water, so we use the gym primarily for the showers. We have always paid our bill, which should most definitely include a clean bathroom. In the last few months, every time we used the bathrooms there was garbage and fecal matter on the floors. The air vents were clotted with dirt, making the environment unsafe for those of us with respiratory issues. These are all-gender bathrooms which are also used by children. Now, I don’t know about anyone else, but we certainly don’t want our child using a bathroom with human fecal matter all over the floor. We brought this to the staff’s attention and were basically ignored and then accused of being troublemakers. I have included photos of the bathrooms at Rewired 247 so people can see for themselves exactly how gross this gym is. We have switched gyms, and their gym has spotless bathrooms and maintenance is there nights and weekends. I will be keeping my membership at Rewired 247 because it is closer and my work schedule is all over the place. I WILL be updating with any new photos I find relevant. So, all I can say is if you use this gym, wear shoes at all times and shower at home. RESPONSE TO Rewired247- Your answer focused on the wrong things. Your facility is often filthy, and to expect people who pay good money, to use the showers under these conditions is wrong. You had no comments about the photos taken, which proves our case, instead choosing to focus on the length of showers taken. Something which is NOT written in the contract, and something that never happened. People should also note that once the gym sold, the rates changed from monthly billing to every 28 days, which means customers are essentially paying for 13 months a year, instead of 12. But please, do try to deflect again.
    Re Fitness Studio - Spokane
Jacob Knight: Re Studios is one of the safest workout environments I’ve ever been in. I could come as I am and engage to level I was comfortable with and every instructor was beyond kind and personable. To feel seen and respected amongst people with an incredible workout routine as I was still figuring mine out, was profound in its impact on me personally. Jessi is one of the most glowing humans you will ever meet. This is a space for EVERYONE!
barre3 Spokane University District - Spokane
Becky Kukucka: This little studio gives BIG. I’d never felt so welcomed and included at a gym before . I took my first class June of 2022 , loved it SO MUCH that I became an instructor by the end of that same year! You will get a great low impact full body workout and feel supported along the way . The loud jams and laughter makes this studio stand out. What Spokane Barre is not : ballet /dance What it is: low impact cardio and high repetition with light weights and modifications for every level . It’s one hell of a workout !
    Forward - Spokane
michelle thompson: I absolutely LOVE this gym! The coaches are all awesome and are so helpful. They demonstrate all the moves and watch to make sure you have proper form so you don’t get hurt. Everyone is so encouraging, welcoming, and not critical.
Snap Fitness Spokane (South Hill) - Spokane
Jan D: Snap Fitness Spokane South Hill is my happy place! I love the fact that it offers 24/7 access—it may be small, but it’s mighty in its ability to lift my spirits. This gym is my therapy; even on days when I just don’t feel like leaving the house, once I step inside, all my worries melt away. I truly appreciate the spotless cleanliness and the meticulous maintenance of the equipment. It’s clear that the management cares deeply about creating a positive workout environment. While most members are respectful, there are the occasional individuals who show little consideration—arriving in dirty shoes or misusing the equipment. Fortunately, the rules here are simple and effective: return equipment to its proper place, use it appropriately, and change out of dirty shoes before entering the workout area. I’ve even captured some photographs of the less considerate moments as a reminder of the importance of mutual respect. Overall, Snap Fitness Spokane South Hill not only offers an affordable way to stay fit but also provides the sanctuary I need to maintain my sanity. Thank you for being my go-to escape and a true alternative to therapy! These are examples of mistreating the equipment and coming in with dirty shoes. Unacceptable!
    The Lagree Collective - Spokane
Jaden Anderson: The Lagree Collective has hands down changed the way I feel about workout classes. I used to take classes that felt rough on my joints and left me dreading the next one. With Lagree, it’s completely different. I actually look forward to showing up. Shelby, the owner and instructor, genuinely cares about every single person who walks through the doors, which makes the whole experience even better. The studio is right in the heart of Spokane, and the best part is you can stroll over to Indaba for a matcha or coffee after class or to Uno Más for tacos and margs. Easily a 10/10. I’ll be back again and again!
Spokane Fitness Center 24/7 - Spokane
Kaila Blanton: This is where the old, almost broken, or even broken equipment goes. You definitely can tell they havent put money into this place in a long time.
    THE TROOP FITNESS - Spokane
Emma Reeves: A Fantastic Gym Experience at The Troop! Ive been a member of The Troop since Jess opened, and I can confidently say its one of the best decisions Ive made for my fitness journey! The environment is incredibly welcoming, and the staff is always friendly and supportive. They truly go above and beyond to help you achieve your fitness goals. What sets The Troop apart is the sense of community. Ive met so many inspiring people here, and the camaraderie during workouts makes even the toughest sessions enjoyable. If youre looking for a gym that not only provides excellent facilities but also fosters motivation and friendship, The Troop is the place to be! Highly recommend it to anyone at any fitness level!
Central Spokane YMCA - YMCA of the Inland Northwest - Spokane
Rachel Bond: I love this YMCA mainly because of the Child Watch. My 5 stars are for the staff because they are truly the best. We adore Marsha, Amy, Alexia, and a few others whose names I’m blanking on (sorry guys, and sorry if I’m spelling anyone’s name wrong!). Jordann at the front desk is amazing too. My biggest complaint is the pool hours. The warm-water pool and kids’ pool aren’t available on Saturday and Sunday mornings… come on. It would be so nice to have those open for families on weekends!
