1 /5 mary jo: B/c of chemo and weight loss, my husband lost our 52 year identical wedding ring. We went to Tracy and they said they could cast my same ring and make another. Great! The rings are different size and design than mine. We paid 1500.00 to have it re-created. They did not do what they said they could do. After years and years at Tracy, we will not be back.

Shannon listened to my thoughts and ideas, and she designed a ring that exceeded my expectations. She captured the essence of what I’d envisioned! To top it off, I was out of town when the ring was finished and Shannon had it overnighted to me. I’ve used other jewelers in Spokane for design, the design and service of Tracy’s have been the best by far.
