5 /5 Jun J: I typically dont take my time to post reviews on google but I felt I needed to do so based on the customer service Ive received from Alex. I called about 15 different people to shop for a high risk insurance before I was fortunate enough to be referred to Alex. within the first five minutes of every phone call Ive had with insurance agents, they rushed to give me a very general quote (and VERY HIGH) only with half the information they had of me before saying "yeah we dont have anything else" and would end the calls. Alex spent close to an hour on the phone with me providing full details and she submitted accurate specifics of the previous accidents and came back with the best rates available. I am way more knowledgeable in how insurance works after speaking with Alex. I would highly recommend her.
