    Ryan C: This is a trash bank branch. There is a really nice polish lady who is helpful. The manager is garbage and their customer service has been trash. You think they would be a little nicer after getting bailed out by our tax dollars. I’ve worked with several of the staff during an international move, and if i say, all but the nice polish lady, are completely incompetent or combative.

    Donna Cross: Called the 800 number to establish online banking and was told what I’d need and to go to a branch for assistance. Got there, wait time not bad, then helpful clerk, not, added another requirement to documents I’d need. Said I hadn’t been told I’d need that, didn’t even think her ‘sorry’ sounded like it was. Words but not tone, which I said. Won’t bother to return.
