Case dismissed, without prejudice.This was a very serious case. Hit and run, and alluding pursuing police vehicles. Not to mention my past criminal history. In 2022 I decided I no longer needed my medication for schizophrenia. That was a bad idea! While driving I experienced a serious schizophrenic episode. I completely lost the ability to tell what was reality and what was not. I thought everyone was out for me and trying to harm me. I ended up getting in a hit-and-run thinking the people who hit me were trying to run me off the road so I took off. Trying to get to a safe place. The police showed up and I couldnt tell if they were the police or not due to my state of mind. So I got into a high speed chase with police, eventually I got away or so I thought until 6 months later it all caught up with me.

Over the past 2 years waiting for my court date my heart would sink, thinking I was going to have to serve more jail time.
