1 /5 J Sheets: falsely accused of traffic violation in fender bender. I did all the ground work for investigation. Took over 16 months to get it settled, NOT once did they get ahold of me for progress on case, when I would call it would take forever on hold . I finally had to contact the thurston county court to find out case was dismissed with? ot without prejudice? over 5 months prior to the call. NO customer service! UPDATE! 3 years after review they respond to this review, timely!!!!!!! JUst like how they handled my case! NOT!
