Kitsap Credit Union - Bremerton alexandria oleson: I drove thru the drive thru (one with the shoot) I was greeted right away, but as I got my self situated (no longer than 30 sec) I noticed a paper was left in the shoot so I told the lady. She just ignored me, I looked in towards the window and saw 2 lady’s chatting. I continued to wait, until it was too inconvenient, pushed the call button and the lady greeted me again, (did she already forget she was helping me?) I moved past it and told her what I was there to do. She again ignored me so I asked if I should just come up to the window, I was ignored again, I asked once more an was ignored once AGAIN. I backed up to a parking space and walked up to the window (in the cold, an rainy whether)
At this point im really upset, she takes my check and ID, im not a member at kitsap credit union but I have to cash my checks there EVERYWEEK. I pay the $10 everytime.
Im waiting for her to fill out the back of the check with my ID info and 10 min pass of me standing in the cold, she comes to the window to ask my phone number I give it to her. (I realize at this point it took her 10 min to fill out about 4 lines from my id) she goes to run the check and I don’t know why it took another 5 minutes to collect my cash from the machine and hand it over. Overall it was frustrating, and I don’t appreciate the lack of speediness and good customer service. I will not be returning to this location!
