2 /5 Jacob Schroeder: I tried to open a new account this morning and was greeted by someone. I felt welcome and reassured that I would be helped soon. I continued to wait with no additional help for about five minutes. Not a problem I thought, they will be with me when they can. After I continued to wait when the phone rang. The person that said they could help me shortly answered and asked what they could do for the person on the phone. I am not sure why a phone call would take priority over a person who had been waiting in line. I am sure they are fantastic but would recommend calling them instead of showing up in person.
