I called customer service again today and spoke with a kid who seemed to barely understand how to use his own computer. The answer I got was that the message would be forwarded to my local branch so they can release my online account from "dormancy." I am an inch away from closing both accounts.
The local staff are great! Ive never had an issue, but the website is terrible. I cant login because the site says I dont have an online profile. Okay, so I go to enroll and the site tells me it cant process my enrollment request because I have an online profile already... K, so I submit a password reset and received neither an e-mail or text message though I submitted repeatedly. Good thing this isnt an emergency. This is my first attempt at accessing the online banking, and if its any indication of how things might go in the future, Im a little concerned about how I can effectively use this bank for business.
