5 /5 Kirsten Otterness: I have been with WSECU for a long time (20 years I think?). There was only one time I had an issue, it was resolved, and have been great since. I especially wanted to shout out to the lady that helped me yesterday 5/4/25 (I wish I knew her name). Fantastic job, professional, polite, patient, helpful, the list goes on. All the emoloyees ive worked with through the years have been great, but she was awesome!

Plus, WSECU Member Solutions is filled with kind people, who have been a massive help time and again. I really appreciate this bank and will continue to trust them with all of my money needs.

5 /5 Ben Wood: I’ve had an account for a significant amount of time. I have rarely had issues with my account, but the few times I do, it’s quickly resolved. The call center is extremely helpful and often doesn’t have a wait. This location is clean, large, and staffed with friendly and knowledgeable people.

WSECU has been there for me in unhappy times: my divorce, my Dads passing and my Moms health problems. WSECU hires compassionate and caring people. Also, Visa Fraud alerts you to possible misuse of your credit card. I love this security. Another benefit that WSECU has is helping their members find affordable home/ auto insurance. I have and will continue to recommend WSECU as a great financial institution.

1 /5 Sarah June: I’ve went to the Chehalis branch twice now and got the same customer service rep both times. My experience with him was just meh…not very friendly or helpful, he seems like he doesn’t want to be there. He got my account setup but gave me no information on my new checking account and the debit card machine was down so he couldn’t give me one and was just gonna send me on my way. So I asked if I was supposed to receive one in the mail and he said yeah we can send you one. It’s been over 3 weeks and I never received anything. So called today to check on it the representative I got was very sweet and helpful she said it didn’t look like one was ever ordered for me…not surprised! She ordered it I should have it in 7-10 days. I think dude needs to find a new job.
