Jeff Singleton Dont use these people unless youre willing to pay for fixing their damage. Had to visit another shop to fix the problem they created that didnt exist before they touched it. Sad.

Devin freimarck Had my problem money pit S2000 go from shop to shop after I moved here from California not knowing the area. No shop I took it to could resolve the issues or take care of the vehicle. When I brought it here to the owner Destry I felt much more comfortable letting him and his shop get it back to running conditions. With his knowledge and professionalism I had the car back with my main concern and even a few others I didnt know about taken care of. While his shop was working on it they informed me each step of the way as they progressed and what was to come next. I HIGHLY recommend this shop for any and all service.

M B Honestly, this shop is amazing. I have brought multiple trucks here. And the owner is a standup guy. He does great work and is honest and direct. Something that he has been lost in society. I highly recommend this shop to all! As I read through the comments, Mr. Ford has it ever crossed your mind that a surprise may not be a thing when you’re ripping some thing apart trying to diagnose it? Also when a place is as busy as this one because of treating customers like family and going the extra mile time and time again and do you not think schedules fill up or do you assume they should build a skyscraper off the side of the shop hire employees pay more taxes just to accommodate your car? Hardly worth a one star review and reading that was shameful especially when the company nor any of its employees did anything wrong. You are trying to affect the livelihood of an entire group of people and for what? Being a spoiled brat

Joshua Capuno Came in contact with David and we set a day and time. He was on time and got to work right away, and was able to diagnose my issue in no time and got it fixed soon there after. It was a minor issue (thankfully) so easy fix. I would recommend David to others due to his kind demeanor, professionalism, knowledge, and skills. Russ Kelley David came out to change the injectors on the daughter’s Honda crv. After the work was completed I had called him and he explained the work done and what possible problems might occur. He was genuine, helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. I won’t be going back to the dealership since I found him. His price point saved us hundreds and I’m truly impressed and grateful!

Taylor Monson David is awesome. He is punctual, skilled, knowledgeable, affordable, fast, and great with communication. He’s my go-to whenever I need something done to my truck. He has a great mobile set up & business model. Highly recommend

Justin Sumner They can get the work done and are very friendly, but I am very suspicious of the pricing when other Meineke’s are quoting much less than the $300 I payed for an alignment. I was told it’s a charge of $200 per hour and I actually got the discount rate of $109 for the book time of 2.5 hours. Even though My wife was told it would only be half that by the front desk, which is why we came to this location. I get labor costs or what not but I wasn’t even there for 2 hours and had a break inspection where they drove my car for 5 miles too. Like I said very friendly and can get what you need done but the pricing seems fishy. Wont be coming back

angela b I was treated very well at Meineke. They timely diagnosed my cars issue, gave me a written estimate, and professionally performed the work in a timely manner. They didnt over charge me or take advantage of me. I was impressed and will continue to use them for all of my cars repairs and maintenance.

Mark The front end brake job on my 2008 f-150 was done because of brake/disk noise and upon leaving was still making some noise and possibly rear brake noise. Also was charged for a lug nut replacement that was not done. Office personnel were attentive to my needs which was a plus.

Mason Stahley This review is 5 stars because of Vanessa. Very sweet and personable lady. Kept the customer area open late for me while I waited for caliber’s auto glass techs to finish with my vehicle. If it weren’t for her this review would be much lower due to the lack of communication from the auto glass department. Please use this as a learning moment to not over stretch your techs and have proper communication with customers. From what I was told the this caliber collision store works in contract with caliber auto glass so it is not their fault for the delays. 5/5 for the canyon road location. 1/5 for the auto glass experience

Brige I took my car here after an accident. They called my rental car service to notify them I was ready to be picked up. They updated me throughout the process. When I went to pick up my car they did a beautiful and high quality job. They blended the paint and made it look better than it did before the accident. I also had some chip crumbs in my cup holder I meant to clean up and when I picked my car up, the crumbs were cleaned out. That’s going beyond! They also let me drop off my rental car there. Would definitely recommend!

Ronin_drifters_ I went to these guys to replace my transmission. And they messed my truck up they forgot to bolt the cross member all the bolts were only hand tight my transmission blew up 2 days later due to not being properly installed I do not recommend these guys at all I had to take my truck to a different shop and re pay 1100 dollars to get it fix properly do not take your trucks here

She took her time explaining everything clearly and helped me find the right setup without rushing or pressuring me. Thanks to her, I ended up with an exhaust system I’m genuinely happy with. The customer service there was top-notch. Melinda and the whole team went above and beyond, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

Kim Prince OK, I have to give you guys 100% absolutely awesome review my husband has a Ford F350 and we had took it into Graham auto was going to be almost $2000. They said to repair his AC we went to Austin Pro Max and just spent $570 total And that included our oil change. They went the extra mile found our whole whatever that things called didn’t need replaced which I think the other place now they just wanted money. These people care about their clients. The man was very detailed. He was honest and open. I give them a 110% Great job. It’s fixed at a low price. We will refer them and be back again. Thank you for doing a great job and being honest.

K C I came in because I ran over something in a construction zone and knocked my exhaust out of the resonator. My car was LOUD! They are walk in only and first come first serve, which I like. I called other places and they were booked! So yeah it was 9am an hour after they opened. I was out an hour later at 10! They replaced my resonator and added some exhaust piping. All welded in! My Tucson is whisper quiet and thats exactly what I wanted. It was only $187 out the door! The Manager Melinda is really cool and the waiting area has outlets for phones and free water. Also the bathroom is 10 feet away. This place is awesome!

Jerry Thomas If you want quality and professional service, go here. Ron and the crew are beyond incredible. I had never been to this spot before, but my muffler was either loose or had a leak and I needed a place to get serviced. I literally made an appointment the night before online and dropped it off the next morning. Ron was the first person I saw at 8am and he was a delight. Just a few hours later, Ron called and said they diagnosed the problem and gave me the estimate over the phone. Next thing I know, hes calling again to tell me that they replaced my muffler and my car was finished. I was so impressed that they had the parts on hand and were able to do all the labor the same same day. Ive had oil changes that took longer than this, very impressed with the shop. 10/10 would and will go again if I need service on my vehicle.

Larisa Schiller As a victim of Hit and Run on 7/1/24, I ended up in repair shop, my vehicle has extended damage and repair was supposed to be about 4 weeks. My vehicle was done 1 week early and guys, my vehicle looked NEW, even inside of my vehicle cleared, those guys did an amazing job. Very impressed, I think they did go above and beyond, even after I think I was a bit impatient and maybe rude, they understand that we as a customers not on our best behavior after accident and working with insurance company not always easy, mine was great.
