Pastor Dave’s sermons were soulful, the music was good, and there was a special atmosphere that can only be created when devoted people come together to pray. Joshua I was invited to go to church here with my girlfriend. Every Sunday This church is very loving and caring very friendly people. The pastor father McClain. He wanted to get to know me away from church several times. Both of us. My girlfriend and me. To see how our relationship is going. I always feel specieal inside. Someone who really cares about what is going on in our life my girlfriend and me. I will go to this church for a long time. The music is not too loud and not too quiet. At the end of the sermon after church gets out there is coffee to drink and snacks.

Debra Ivancovich What a wonderful community of believers in Jesus! I love that the focus of sermons is Biblical exposition, and that the pastor focuses on the love of Christ. While not always easy sermons, they are to the point; loving yet honest. I also appreciate the openness of Pastor Scott. He provides a real life example of one who depends on Jesus in daily life. Such a gift! And the pastors example is one of being on ones knees dependent on the Savior.

Haley Humenik I love this church so much. They are my family and my home. I started attending GCB shortly after moving to Bellingham at the beginning of 2018 and I fell in love with the church my very first visit. Pastor Dax is an awesome teacher who does a great job of walking through the text and explaining everything in a way that is easy to understand and always ties back to the Gospel. The community is always growing and improving with Bible studies, childrens ministry, classes, retreats, etc.

Mark Ambler If youre intrigued by the thought of having a 4 piece band in your church service and a whole floor dedicated to watching the kids during service, this is the place for you. There were snacks before and after the Sunday morning service and overall we were impressed. The minister/priest/pastor is well spoken and charismatic. They have a big social presence where we discovered such things as coffee time with the pastor at Woods coffee once a week. Also, they have the words to the songs projected on a well designed/managed/operated screen behind the altar. It feels really professionally done.

Renee Sweeney It took a couple of visits but ....I was moved by the spirit! The sermon was brilliant and the music informal but lovely none the less! Remember, intergenerational means families have been going there for awhile, together. This means that being recognized as a new comer may take a couple of visits . A great to church!

Haley Humenik My very first visit to this church I was welcomed in like family. I got invited to a BBQ and that day found a discipleship mentor. Ive felt connected to this church since then. I had been seeking Christian community and have been incredibly blessed in the way at Redeemer. I was also looking for a church that wasnt afraid to face the reality of sin. I was so impressed that they were going through Proverbs when I first came. I have felt that each speaker has tackled the beauty of Gods law and the wonder of Gods grace with amazing eloquence. God is most certainly working in this church.

Johnna Langen I don’t attend this church but I do practice with the Bellingham Community Chorus there and it’s been a great place to spend my time. They seem to have a lot going on with a feeling of friendliness and general cheeriness coming from the other areas in use. The main church is also very pretty and when we performed there I got to sing while being accompanied by a pipe organ. That’s actually a pretty fantastic thing!

It couldnt have been any other church. It was meant to be New Song. God knew I needed to walk into this church. Whatever Walk of Life youre on, whatever sins you have committed, wherever youre at in your life mentally emotionally physically and spiritually, you will be welcomed at New Song. Syed Najibi If you are looking for a home church, a place where God’s presence is felt and where you can thrive, this is it! As someone who grew up with a different background in all aspects, has experienced church hurt, and desired to share a God-given vision but was put on the back burner, the NSC family made me feel alive, accepted, loved, cherished, valued, and honored. Pastor Taylor even told me, “You are adopted here, with us. You are part of the family.” Words can’t describe how much it meant to me when he said, “You are who we have been praying for these past four years.” They see you in one picture, that you are in Christ. It has been healing to return to serving, and Amanda, the kids’ ministry director, has been encouraging and very supportive. I have never felt even a hint of bias because I’m from Afghanistan and now a believer. Instead, I’ve been embraced in due to the redemptive work of Christ. I attend Ben’s home group, and both he and his wife have made me feel welcome and at home. That has been a tremendous help to my spiritual growth. I could say much more about all the great encounters I’ve had, and yes, I am very observant of how leadership operates. This church offers so much, teaches sound doctrine, speaks the Truth with love and clarity, provides many services to help others, and is a church of prayer.
