Dakota Moon Do NOT use Kevin Vibbert! We contacted Kevin in January of 2023 to help us file a bankruptcy after getting hit with substantial NICU and hospital bills from our children. He said he would be able to help us. After giving him our $300 down payment and all of our documents he never contacted us back and the only form of receipt that he gave me was a piece of paper with the amount and signature on it!! He had us quit paying all of our debts in January! We are now in august and still have not heard back from him. Please do not give this man your money or personal documents. He is a thief!

The Answer Oh Ill keep it brief. I dont know what lawyer Ted debry was for you. For me he did a NC hearing when 1) he was fired by me 2) the one meeting we had he quit on me 3 I have email verification that an hour after he was appointed by basher my ex was emailed him to have him screw me over. 4) he was but present at the hearing (until judge cotteral recessed to get him 5) I said he was not my attorney the ex says well I emailed him 2 days ago with paperwork that I never saw it heard from said Ted Im horrible Debry 6) Red says " Im ready for a defense but my mckittrick is not going to like it your honor". So yeah he sucks
