Michael Morrison Went to ask information about a will that they had written for our client who is still alive. The beneficiary I went with was told that it was illegal to give him a copy of the will. A beneficiary of a will has the right to a copy by law! Then they said there are no lawyers in at the moment and that someone will call back, never received that phone call. My opinion is that this Lawyers firm is crooked and doesnt play by the rules set forth by United States Congress, where the state of Washington, or the city of Wenatchee. Dont waste your time here. Especially when there are plenty of other better places to go get a will.

The court appointed Mr. Janisch and within an hour he contacted us to get the details. He only had a week to prepare for our case, did not complain about the other work load he may have had. He made us feel like he was only representing us. Set a time for interviews with all parties involved to be prepared for trail. Needless to say because of his readiness and being prepared the matter went in our favor. A very good attorney, and I would recommend his services to anyone needing a lawyer.
