1 /5 WeiWangOneWay: Unprofessional. Unprofessional. Unprofessional. Max 7 tables for tournaments? 20 minutes delay for remaining players on the screens? Alternate void and refund if missing the call, instead of auto-sitting with dead blinds? You name it. But what can we do? Its the only casino with relatively decent tournaments in WA. Seattle just sucks for poker players.

1 /5 payam parsadmehr: Food and staff are great, the bottom feeder 18 year old age entry is pathetic and negative for playing table games. Stay away. 0 stars on gambling at any tables. Liable to be a victim to 5$ 18 yr olds ruining the table. Food options and drink service is amazing. Don’t go there to gamble. Go eat and drink and laugh at the idiots wasting time losing money.

1 /5 Katie Ko: How are all the floor men in this poker room demeanor? They ignore and discriminate against players, and even mock them. The reason Im here is because I like poker more than anywhere else, so Ive endured discrimination, but now I realize again that I really dont have a place to come! "Floormens! Without players, this place doesnt exist! No one has the personality to be ignored by you guys! Please, cant you just respect and be equal to all players for once? You guys dont have to advertise your personalities as being this big, do you?"

1 /5 Ella Maloomat: We were really looking forward to enjoying our time at the casino, but the dining experience was a letdown. The biggest issue is the lack of servers, especially on weekends. We waited over 15 minutes just to find someone to take our order, and when our food finally arrived, it was cold and had to be reheated. When we needed something else during the meal, we had to wait another 10 minutes just to get the server’s attention again. Clearly, the staff is overwhelmed, and the casino really needs to hire more servers or better manage weekend crowds. Unfortunately, even after all that waiting, the food itself was nothing special. Overall, the experience felt frustrating and not worth the time or money!

5 /5 Cook Kevin (Kay): Just spent a very pleasant 3.5 hrs here on my day off. Staff was super courteous and knowledgeable and pleasant and I felt right at home immediately, even though I’m a Texan transplant playing in state for the first time. A few quirky rules, and they were very gracious and patient explaining those to me. Snacks and drinks seem very reasonably priced and I’ll be back on my next day off, probably for a bounty tournament. This place is great!
