The staff was friendly and helpful. Chad at the pro shop is the BEST! He helped fix our drilling and took the time to really make sure everything worked well for us. Cant say enough good things about Lilac Lanes!

Jason LaRonde: First time customer coming in for lunch and pull tabs. Played 200$ right away. Won back 50$. Stood at the bar with another 200$ to play more. Was ignored for over 10 minutes by the tabs assistant as she serviced what appeared to be regulars. She definitely saw me with my finished basket and cash in hand. I finally gave yo after the 10 minutes. Left my basket on the bar. She had zero consideration about asking me if she could help me. Do you know get more regulars?….. By servicing first timers, making them feel welcome. Was hoping for a better experience, but won’t be back.

There are plenty of dining and shopping options, the restrooms are clean, and the variety of games along with the daily tournaments make for an exciting experience. If theres one drawback, its the noticeable familiarity between some dealers and local players, which can affect the level of professionalism. That said, the overall atmosphere is fantastic, and the poker room is among the best Ive visited.

Lawrence Pirollo: Waited here for 2 hours on Saturday for an Omaha hi low game that I play once a month at another place, put my name on the list and was told I couldn’t play bc of the regulars that come to game every weekend. Place is an absolute dump and depressing. Would never step foot in there again and would suggest you dont either. They don’t appreciate nor need new money, completely satisfied with the regulars and hanging by a thread by their pockets.

Innovative Constructions: We love this place. First time here but will come back again. I play at different casinos but Del Lago has been surprisingly a great casino to come to, not just to play but it’s also close to different places to visit during the day while here. The staff, starting from the front desk checking in to the ladies changing the rooms to the wonderful host, Ryan, who was very welcoming and accommodating with our stay, were all very friendly and genuinely wanting to help when help was needed. The room we stayed at was very clean, updated and modern. I really didn’t expect a single casino in the area would be this inviting and and fun. Even my 17 year old son kept saying how good the food was. It’s also nice to have the coffee shop/restaurant be right as soon as you get off the elevators. Nice work! Overall, a huge yes to recommending to come visit.

K OBR: Love the food at Portico, Draft Kings Sports Bar (huge burgers and great fries!), and Sociale this morning for breakfast. Hubby loved his bacon and cheese omelet and I was crazy for my sausage gravy and eggs. Both came with a large order of very tasty home fries. And I cant forget to give a nod to the biscuits under my gravy, the had an awesome flavor, no topping needed for them. We both left happy and stuffed!
