1 /5 Joni Marek: Have stayed a few times for business. This time they charge me for a brown blanket that was supposedly in the closet I never opened. When I called to inquire there was no concession on their side. I asked if I stayed there in the future I want staff to inventory the room upon arrival and when I leave. They declined said they dont have time. I asked maybe your staff made a mistake and did not put the blanket in the closet but it was dismissed. WON"T STAY AGAIN AND INFORMED CO WORKERS TO STAY ELSEWHERE.

4 /5 Fig Newton: Love this hotel. Have stayed a couple times since they built it. Twice for pleasure, and Once for work. Casino is smaller, and can get smokey. So if smoke bothers you, this may not be the casino for you. Hotel is great!

1 /5 M P: We stayed here due to the location in proximity to my daughters wedding venue. We were quoted a tribal discount and never received it. They charged us full price for 2 rooms/2 nights. I paid cash and the reception desk had a hard time counting the money when I clearly counted it out twice for her each time. My daughter got food poisoning from the Kloomachin kitchen one night and my husband and I got sick from the pizza place in the casino the next night. The ventilation is awful in the casino, the cigarette smoke is downright atrocious. We didn’t request housekeeping but they only replaced the coffee pods and waters in the room. They left dirty drink cups and coffee mugs on the counter. They didn’t replenish the coffee condiments at all. Hard to want to come back to a place that doesn’t treat you well the first time you stay.

4 /5 Amadeo Alas: Pretty good just like remembered. The food here is absolutely delicious! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend the wal but chicken and the chicken skewers were great. Super friendly and helpful staff helped my friend learn to play. Great time.

5 /5 Terry Garrett: We used to avoid this place the service was sub-par the employees less than friendly we tried a visit in February it was like night and day...the over all aura felt warm and friendly the foods we tried were marked better. We are planning a visit for our anniversary at the end of the month and are going to try the new Asian restaurant. We, as a former and a nonsmoker, would love to see the whole building go non-smoking or install a venting system that clears second hand smoke so folks with breathing issues can enjoy all of the areas cards and machines not be relegated to one smaller room without comfortable access to card tables other wise this casino has really improved and we are more willing to take the hour drive from sequim plus thus casino has what seems to be a better return to player ratio. See you in the end of June for sure.
