Sandra Skrinnik This was my first day going here, i admit I was nervous entering a new atmosphere, but right away I was greeted with warmth and friendliness, I felt very welcomed there, and wanted to stay longer lol it felt more like a family in Christ. Definitely very nice people. I’m also excited to go again, I never felt this way in other churches. And I was looking for a community I can connect with, rather than just listen to a sermon and leave. I feel like they care about people here. If u want to go here, it will be one of the best decisions u can make. God bless you.

Theres such a presence of the Lord in there that I always leave feeling better prepared to face the week. And if you love a free meal, Theres plenty of opportunities to break bread while meeting new friends!

Lucy C I’ve found my home and ended my search at last! When I walk in those front doors, I just feel like I’m with my family. Everyone is so welcoming and there’s really an atmosphere of love in the meetings. I also appreciate how this group of Christians follow the word of God closely and I can see that these people genuinely love the Lord Jesus. I always walk out of the meetings feeling supplied, strengthened, and spiritually nourished. It’s just full of life and a bit hard to describe. You just have to try it out yourself. I honestly don’t know how I’d be able to go on in my life without the church meetings. It’s really my life line. I also like how it’s non-denominational and diverse. You feel welcomed no matter what your background or upbringing might be, or where you are in your Christian journey. There’s something here for everyone - young children, teenagers, college students, parents, working ones, seniors, etc. One thing to be aware of is that it’s a bit tricky to find… it’s right next to the Presbyterian church and the Church in Bellevue sign isn’t super visible so you kind of have to look for it. Come and see for yourself! :)

Onion Carrillo Amazing church and community. Trauma informed and vibrant support, bible study groups for everyone. Kids ministry is amazing. Teen ministry is also amazing and they have an abundance of life group or discipleship courses to take all year long. A great church to come to faith and grow old in. Leadership is very intentional about cultivating community and shepherding the lost, vulnerable and hurting.

W K My family has been attending this church for several years. We first came because of AWANA, and our kids really enjoy their Sunday school program, so we decided to stay. We made good friends here. It’s a welcoming community with excellent teaching and offers a variety of programs for all groups—kids, families, women, and more. Definitely worth checking out! :)

Jenny Ly I have attended many different churches hoping to find a church that is Bible based and Bible focused. Not only does this church focus its messages/beliefs purely on Jesus and the Bible, the community here truly live it out as well. The calling of Blue Sky’s mission as a church is a little more unique of planting churches than other churches I’ve previously attended that typically supports homeless ministries and community-based ministries as its mission. They still provide so much hospitality, love and kindness to whoever walks through the doors. This is one of the best churches I’ve been to and I have grown so much spiritually. The pastors, leaders, and members of the church have lovingly helped me learn how to devote my life to Jesus daily.

Ce P Been here for a while now, leaders are so genuine and kind. Their sermons are edifying and encouraging. People are so supportive and sweet here. My kids love coming here every Sunday and my middle schooler is encouraged as other peers shared their testimonies. My younger one shares with me what she learns every Sunday. Very happy as we get to know the church more. Thank you Blue Sky for this community! Very very friendly people, it was our first time here. Our kids enjoyed their Sunday school too. Great sermon and was encouraged in my Christian walk.

Nisa Supasatit-Lash I love the family feel you get as soon as you walk in the door. People know each other and are able to encourage each other in their walk with Christ. You love those around you and dont just act like it. We have FREE-NO-STRINGS-ATTACHED lunch every other Sunday all year round. Also, there are some amazing services during the holidays. This church is alive and you can see it and feel it. God is so present among His congregation. You can hear or watch videos of sermons online now and through podcast, you can tell the church wants you to be plugged in and getting accessibility to the Word of God.

Cayanne Cooper My daughter biked two summers of the churchs youth bike trips and couldnt have been happier. It was an enlivening experience she will never forget. Mikes sermons were a blessing to her, and theres just something special about this church overall that makes you feel like you belong there. I love how the sermons are online, for of all the churches weve gone to in Everett, none have even come close to Bellevues Calvary Chapel Eastside.

Sharron Wells Worshipping with the member of Eastside Calvary Chapel was a pleasure and offered a very intimate atmosphere. I appreciate the diversity and how absolutely friendly and accepting the members are. I will definitely attend again.

Cynthia Rickman I love this church! Ive been attending for about 2 yrs now, since I moved to Bellevue & lost my previous church due to the pandemic. I walked into my first service & immediately felt the Lords presence, which I have since heard from most others I have met. I soon learned & have always felt that it is a safe space for EVERYONE wanting to learn about & have a relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ. I am most grateful to the Jeevas for ministering the word, their vulnerability in sharing their life stories & for building a community of friends, gathered in faith. I was quick to want to be involved & joined the kids team, which I now emcee elementary on days I volunteer. I would encourage anyone thats curious to visit Kalos for a service & take a few minutes to meet the pastures, which is offered after every service. Its a no pressure, inconspicuous environment that allows everyone to come as they are.

Steph Rox My first and only visit, service was blah... after service was supposed to be a greeting meeting in a room. I got there after a very quick bathroom break. I got there, and no greeting there. Just us new people sitting there wondering what was going on. I went out to the hallway, the pastor and wife were in SUCH a rush, seriously like RUSHING out of there. I tried to talk to him and he literally just rushed out. I will never attend this church again. So completely disappointed and so unwelcomed. So sad. I hope they can do better for others.

jerald prater I need to go a few more times before I give a final evaluation I have to say yes the teaching and the worship were incredibly good however the one gripe I have is there sound system is really really poor I couldnt hear most everything they said I went to the tech and gave her a note basically which I said please increase the volume and lower the mid-range I think she looked at me like who the heck are you well I know enough about music and it the sound when it came to actual speaking I simply couldnt understand it I couldnt hear it I so halfway through the service I just got up and left now the cool thing is online in my computer I can hear fine so I will keep listening to them on the computer for the preaching but go back for the worship

,Cindy Williams The most comfortable church Ive ever attended. Fun, easy to understand the sermons, sincere, non-judgemental, and loving. Come in jeans, shorts, or a suit. They dont care. They just want you to have a relationship with God and they dont pressure you. The church makes you feel like family.

Billy is a very accomplished presenter! What I honestly didn’t care for, to be honest, is asking the attendees to stand, for a majority of the service. I felt totally obligated to do this, with my younger family.

There are potluck lunches, movie nights, sports and fitness activities, breakfast gatherings, and camping trips—so many opportunities to grow together and share life. Here, we’ve met friends from all over the world, united by a shared faith, learning together, and exploring the meaning of life in Christ. This church has a rich history and a heart for global missions, actively supporting ministries in other nations. As a non-native English speaker, I was especially thankful for the thoughtful arrangement of live translation services, which made everything accessible and welcoming. The children’s ministry is also exceptional, with well-equipped facilities and, more importantly, loving and attentive teachers who care deeply for every child. We thank the Lord for this church and for every person who serves so faithfully. May God continue to bless this community and use it as a light to the nations.

Here you may bring your children for the Bible classes, you may come to play ping pong, pikle a ball, badminton or basketball. Also many different seminars, conference’s and concerts. If you are in need of- here is foodbank. May be you are looking for a place to pray - come and worship with us

Susan Larson We have attended the church for the past 5 Sunday services. We looked to find a smaller church that accurately preaches the Bible. We are empty nesters and really feel welcomed and enjoyed the worship and fellowship. Many people are new members like us who want to plug in and be fed. All of their Pastors we’re happy to meet us and greet us by name! Mostly, we enjoyed sitting under Pastor Joe’s preaching the Word of God vibrantly and with good application for us. i highly recommend this small and joyful church community.
