Aaron Campbell PBF has been our church home for more than 20 years now, and God has used the people here to minister, encourage, teach, grow, and challenge us. It is a truly wonderful church family and we love serving and worshiping here!

Kelli Boreas I have never felt more unwelcome and disparate from community than at this church. I feel as if those who are different, independent, single, or anything but perfect do not belong there. Theres a lot of people who appear perfect on the outside that attend this church and if you do not meet their level of perceived perfection you wont be accepted into the club. This church along with Coram Deo nearby have both contributed to my departure from the Christian faith. I cannot believe in a god that judges and ridicules others.

Adam I was denied help to the fact that Im a homeless man and all I asked for what 15-20 minutes of plugging my flashlight into the wall plugin so I can see walking down the highway in the middle of the night. They treated me as though I was worse than someone with a plaque. Even their lord and savior wash the homeless mans feet every week.

Priscilla It was my families first time attending this church. It was amazing. The service was great. The music was so beautiful. They all sing so beautifully. Will definitely be coming every Sunday. I’m so happy my family has found a church.

Adam Cromie Attended this church with my wife for two Sundays in a row so we could see both pastors. We liked the location and layout. Music was good and Pastor Jon was good. Took two Sundays before anyone actually talked or said hi to us. Greeters at the door just handed us a paper and continued their conversations with eachother. I appreciate the gentleman who did after the second service talked with us. He served us communion both times. If we dont find a church we might come back and try again but just didnt feel welcomed in the church. We really wanted to like this church but after two services we felt completely separate from everyone else. I write this in hopes that they will read this and remember you might only get one chance to save someone. This could be the one and only time they enter a church seeking God. Please reach out to new faces and make sure they feel welcome. I love that you guys plant churches and the work you do. I know you have new people walk in all the time but please dont grow numb and stagnant forgetting about Welcoming new faces and true fellowship with each other.

Susan Ash, Realtor Visiting Washington this weekend and discovered this wonderful, warm, welcoming worship service. It is so nice seeing the children included and then cared for, hearing a clear and concise, bible-teaching message, and then being prayed over...while away from my home church. I will return when I visit again for sure. I never felt like an outcast and was encouraged to just ‘join in’. Thank you church for abiding in God’s will.

Kristina Comitale Today was my second time visiting this church and I feel compelled to leave a review. The homily was fantastic (relating JRR Tolkiens Lord of the Rings to Biblical themes, challenging parishioners to focus on God instead of everything the sinful world sells to us). The parishioners sing hymns in Latin (or Greek?) which is very moving. I have never attended a church where parishioners sang in such cohesive worship. I was moved to tears and certainly felt the Holy Spirit thriving. I truly felt the presence of the Lord in that church. Thank you to the priests/leaders who make up this church. Peace be with you all.

Joseph Miller Holy Parish. Father Lappe and Father Nehnevaj seek holiness not only for themselves but for us parishioners. Having attended dozens of parishes across the country through my life, I have to say Our Lady Star of the Sea parish stands out in so many ways. For starters, the homilies incorporate the depth of the Catholic tradition drawing from Saint stories and writings, practical wisdom, todays moral issues in America, and frequent challenges to us laity. The Liturgy is solemn and beautiful. I once noticed we had roughly 20 altar servers (not that numbers should be sought as an end but points to a reverence shared among the families). The people are so welcoming and friendly. It is apparent that the laity seek to live out their faith in their demeanor and participation in the dozens of ministries. Well worth the 30 minute drive with our kids every week. 10/10.

Jason Phillips I enjoy the services much, and it is a great environment to gain and grow in a true relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. Its awesome to come to a place where you can feel the love of God and see it in action. All are welcome here and all lives matter, as such Christ is exalted as the solution to life and freedom from sin for all! The word is preached in truth and love, and there is great fellowship!

Dakota Beh This church is amazing! God is more real and alive here than any other church I’ve ever found. They truly love people and only want what’s best for everybody as far as God and salvation are concerned. It’s a family atmosphere and very welcoming!

Its a laid back and friendly environment. Most important of all, the Word is preached in its entirety with 100% truth and in love. If you want to encounter God, you can do so here. Sean J Personally, I don’t enjoy fake, holier than thou kind of people, and that is NOT what I found here. The genuine love, realness and openness I found here is what made me stay. It is evident the presence of God is in this church! I love the people, I love the worship, I love that the leadership encourages me to grow and it is done in a loving way! Amazing church and I am beyond blessed to call it mine.

Roseanne M The parish has been remodeled and looks beautiful. There is plenty of parking. It is a fairly convenient location. There are lots of activities for parishioners. Religious education classes and adult classes are available.

Yeary Natasha Love this church! Very accepting congregation, and offers Celebrate Recovery program on Friday night every week. Dinner offered at 6pm, free the first time, then a dollar each Friday after. Often, its a fabulous pot luck. Worship, praise, and lessons to address hurts, habits, and hangups are invaluable. Small groups follow, which are not unisex. CR is saving my life, and Abundant Life also has wonderful Sunday services

AmericanAndProud #’MURICA Amazing congregation, everyone is really nice and caring! I have been going to this church for as long as I can remember and its amazing. The sermons and lessons for the bible classes are very well put together and youll learn so much more about God, Jesus, and their love for you! Even if you only go once or a couple times, you will have a lasting friendship with the members there, in time even being able to call them your family. Ive seen a few members that I called family pass away, but Ive also seen many new members join and now call them my family also.
