Pee-Bee Jay After six emails, and several requests on app to join group, nothing. After messaging Marci Scurlock (one of the pastors) a fourth time, she responded vaguely and mentioned she can’t give out group leaders’ contact. I think this person was supposed to connect me with the group leaders so I could visit the group. I am not happy with my experience. (A friend of mine recommended this place to me.) BTW, my schedule does not allow me to attend Sunday service. But I work close by and was looking to join a scripture study group. This is the email I sent: Hi, Not sure you received my message a few weeks ago. I am new to Newlife and am interested in checking out Pete and Sharon’s group (South Kitsap). I submitted a request in the app several weeks ago but didn’t hear back. I was wondering if they still meet and if I could visit. Can you help me with getting in touch with them? Thanks.

John Kaprian When the only single negative comment is someone complaining that this church preaches the biblical truths about sin & they didn’t like hearing the truth because it offended them… that’s a huge PRO worth noting. A true church who loves as Christ loves, will not knowingly allow their brother/sister to walk into destruction. Can’t wait to try this church out my first time upcoming Sunday, as we search for our new church home. :) will update soon on our review. Hard to find churches that preach the truth, so if the only complaint is truth was harsh, hah. See you all next Sunday! :)

Joel Easling What a great place of community and care. Folks here are friendly and engaging. As an introvert, I started coming here years ago and began making friends. I wasnt rejected by folks, but rather encouraged and challenged in my spiritual journey. Christ is followed, the Gospel is preached and the Scriptures are upheld as the ultimate authority. Being that its a Big church, you may start out somewhat unknown, but folks try to get to know you and sometimes you just gotta dig in and plug in... participate. I love these people!!!

Sarah Purto Nobody could remember our names even after the dedication of our son. It didn’t feel like family. When I first attended this church, I offered my skills as a Violist to the band. He said “How about singing?” No I’m not a singer. By next Sunday they used Orchestral keyboard to sound Symphonic. What a slap in the face.

Jeremy Alexander FCC is amazing church located within the Sidney Commons. A church working towards unity, community, Gospel reach, true discipleship, and understanding of the Bible while answering the most difficult questions of faith, Christianity, and Jesus. Partnered together with several churches in the community (and building), this is a church with a Big "C" focus and is very welcoming to all people. Come and check it out. You may just find your place here!

Brian Bungart I havent been attending this church for about 3 years. Maybe four. The people there are very friendly. They do not care what you look like on the outside. I have been helping with communion, getting it organized and the people to do it.

Joshua S Calvary Chapel with a 31 year senior pastor!! Pastor Kevin is such a great Bible teacher! Bible teaching church. Coffee and snack bar Sunday mornings. Youth group and Sunday school from nursery to teen groups. Very friendly and welcoming crowd.

Garage Gamer I like pastor Kevins insight into teaching aometimes his mannerisms are helpful. I feel that everyone is very welcoming and they have a small group activity for you. They do focus on the end times a lot in their preaching style.

Patricia Crookshank A very welcoming and friendly place to be on a Sunday morning. I loved the music with heartfelt voices lifted in praise and worship, and Pastor gave a wonderful sermon. I felt very blessed to be here.

SB- 63 You can feel the love when you walk in to the sanctuary (gymnasium). Excellent praise and worship team. Streamed on FaceBook and YouTube with audio only available on the website, ANBFCC.org Pastor Bruce has always been a great teacher, preacher, pastor, and friend. Great place to come worship the Lord. Anita Frank We attended my nephews Eagle Scout ceremony here. The sound system is great, and the stage has great visibility. I helped out in the kitchen, which was clean, but disorganized. Minus one star for the disorganization (and the time wasted trying to figure out what went where or was where), everything else was 5 stars.

Issa 2JZ Came with my aunt for Christmas. Was very lovely. Dont attend church regularly, but do a Bible study every week with about 15 ladies at my buddies house. Think Ill go with her sometime. Thanks for having us!

Janis Ehlert My family has been apart of the FWC family since 1993. FWC is very family oriented and loves Christ and His people! My kids would not be who they are today without the relationships that helped to shape them wether it was peers or mentors. I am extremely thankful for my FWC family. There is always something for everyone.

Carla Harvey This guy isnt very professional hes supposed to be a man of the Lord, well hes not. What kind of amount of the Lord would not let their family talk about their dad their papa at their memorial. Very unprofessional, this guy needs to get out of the church thats not where he belongs. Its a horrible thing what he did. God help him!

Brandon Couch Just moved to the Port Orchard area and found CLC! The message is based on the Bible, not a lot of sugar coating, but its also so authentic. The music is great too and current. Pastor Virgil is down to earth and super genuine which these days its hard to find in a pastor. One thing we love as a family is the kids ministry too. Its a safe place security wise and our kids have fun. CLC is an amazing church and is going to be the next BIG church in the whole Kitsap area. We love being a part of this church! Come check it out!

Ami Cloninger Absolutely love CLC! Great kids classes, incredible biblically based teaching, amazing worship, an awesome youth ministry and so many ways to get involved! CLC is more than a church, its a home for believers!

Charity Swedberg While searching for a new church home, I called the pastor and spoke with him. I wanted to ask about his teachings, which are very sound biblical doctrines. No health & wealth prosperity junk food here. He was very accessible and made me feel at ease, and let me ask the difficult questions. He was happy to answer them. A pastor must be approachable.

Wade Schmidt My wife, Carrie and daughter Victoria (6), and I have been members for FLCC for over 7 years (before Victoria was born). FLCC is a very welcoming church that does many things to help enjoy the local community. The services are honest and sincere and relate to everyday life, and being a part of FLCC gives everyone a sense of community. We had a new Pastor arrive last year, Pastor Adrian, and he is really great. He is works really well with the children (having one of his own that is only a year old). He brings an energy to the church, enthusiasm to support the community, and a sense of humor that puts many serious topics into context. Anyone interested in possibly finding a church in which they can join and become part of the community should take a few hours on Sunday morning and attend a service.

Garage Gamer Manchester focus is on family. They basically run everything for the family by the family and then some. While the word of God is preached here if you do not have family you might be uncomfortable at this church.

From our first visit, we were embraced by the community. The parish is diverse, active in the community and the world, and filled with love. We feel so fortunate to find a church in which we were immediately welcome and knew we had found a place that inspires us and that feel like weve come home.

Carrol Moore I love father Phuong. He is a very loving & personal priest. He even comes into the crowd after his homily & speaks to us about scripture. He makes me think about being a Christian & what that means. Once he asked us to look at Jesus & ask ourselves would we die for our friends? What about a stranger who hated you or beat you? Thats what Jesus did. For all.I really love this ⛪. There are events I can go to & lots of friendly people.
