Rita Prokhor I’ve been at this church since my whole life. The older I get, the more I realize that they have such a welcoming community, awesome friendships, great sermons, powerful worship and prayers, and amazing leaders. Life Christian Church welcomes all people. There are sermons in Ukrainian, Russian, and English. There is always interpretation available as well. Life Café is also a big part of this church. A great way to have fellowship after service, is with a good cup of coffee or any drink in your hand! Definitely a place to check out!

Richard Hurst My second time taking the three day Freedom Immersion class. Yes, I’ve also taken Living Freedom and Replicating Freedom. Over these last two years I have found unspeakable joy, peace and freedom from my past life trauma and injustices the enemy used against me for 58 years by establishing strongholds in my life that forced me to conform to the ways of the world keeping me blind to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. This time through Freedom Immersion was different. Each day I felt the presence of Holy Spirit on me. The curriculum seemed to peacefully flow through me. This was very unusually for me to feel this way in any class environment. This was special. I’m sure I wasn’t the only one who felt the Spirit. It seemed the connections I made with others were divinely inspired. It was exhilarating to speak into other’s lives as others did into mine. If your heart and mind needs freeing, if you feel that hurt deep in your heart and you want to stop the hurt life seems to be always beating us down, this class is the start in your journey. I’m praying for each of you who might read this review that you will encounter same Holy Spirit. Jesus tells us to simply ask and you shall receive. Jesus is the only way to Holy Spirit and I pray your legs will seemingly know how to find him. God Bless you on your journey to true freedom from the ways of the world.

Terris Donnelly My husband and I have been attending this church since October of 2024 and we made it our home church almost instantly. Its such a lovely community of people. Plus the sermons are so biblical in a way that people can understand while growing closer to the Lord.

Donald Kanne I want to update my review of the Sunday morning breakfast that the church has sponsored for the past 26 year. Feeding the homeless of Tacoma is a blessing from God delivered to the less fortunate through the volunteers that devote their time and culinary skills to provide a holson and delicious meal that is legendary. I would visit the once a week feed on occasion. Being homeless myself it was beacon of light and I expressed my appreciation adamantly. Then it came to my attention that some of the volunteers were a part of my history growing up in Tacoma. Eventually I was asked to join the team of volunteers and help . I was honored. To be part of such graciousness gave me a purpose. I now project a warm greeting to the homeless as they enter the dining room. Getting there at 5 am to set up, greeting each individual with a smile and putting the equipment away makes me feel closer to my community through the efforts of Gods volunteers. The food is prepared with love and kindness and being homeless while giving to the homeless completes the circle. I have established a lasting bond with those who are the giver and the receivers of Gods goodness.

Andy Vargo: Own Your Awkward Great space for events! Centered in the heart of downtown Tacoma, it is great to see how many awesome community events are held here. This year was my first time catching the 253 Short Film Party here and it did not disappoint.

Suder Booter They mean well & are pleasant to you but favorites stick together and you may not be included in the favorites gatherings. Love them all but some Id rather just leave alone instead of speaking judgment on them.

My kids love this place and the community they have built with their peers. My wife and I enjoy and love our community group, have made new friends, and have a network in which we trust and feel comfortable.

Catrina Went for assistance for food for my family. Nobody answered the door when they were open and there, I followed the directions posted at the door and never got a call in return. Would have been nice to at least get a call back.

Chassie Wilson Always enjoy service at Resurrection Church. Friendly people, coffee tea and water refreshments. We had a members meeting my last visit, and also enjoyed a potluck style lunch. Beautiful building, such an amazing location.

April S This is a for-profit church I went there once and all I felt was the spirit of money not the spirit of God and everything that they send me through communications is asking for money I do not recommend this church if youre looking for God only money is in this church and we all know what money is. I also felt like I was in a television show with a bunch of bad actors it was really strange.

Kenneth Miles Im somewhat new to this church and Im enjoying it a lot. The music isnt straight out of The Preachers Wife but the sermons are awesome. My baby loves the play room and my pre-teens fellowship with us in adult church - also awesome. This type of church is the kind that any family could blend right into and thats exactly what we were looking for.

Saylee Absolutely loved it here. They made me feel as if this was my home. Their youth group is outstanding, all the leaders are super caring and supportive. When I was new, and standing in a corner alone afraid to talk to anyone, a leader or another student would always come up to me and invite me to play a game or just simply talk with me. Sometimes you just need that push, literally. (Shout out to Makayla.) The pastor always had great messages to deliver, and questions for us to answer or ponder on. Small groups were always great, and we had amazing discussions each time. Not only have I grown in my relationship with Christ here, but I have grown in my relationships with other kids and adults that attend here. A big thanks to you all! 10/10 would recommend this place to everybody wanting to take their relationship with God to the next level, or get started in growing one. Not only that, but to people who are even just the slightest bit curious about the "whole thing." Ill never forget the time I spent here, and thank you guys so much for helping me to feel so loved and cared for. -A fellow student

Ushers and Security are on top to always keep the church clean and secure. Everything is great. I attend the Slavic bible college here and may I say it is so beneficial and fabulous

Ivan Matev This place is awesome! There are different services every day ranging from youth service, to Sunday school, to Bible college, as well as youth choir. And of course there are services every Saturday night and Sunday morning for the whole congregation where there are fantastic sermons and worship. This is a great place to come closer to Jesus and build a strong relationship with him.

Jashua A Garza We didnt last 20 minutes and walked out. I agree with many of the comments. I have been approached multiple times by then at Walmart and finally decided to go check them out. It was indeed very loud. Men were on one side of the church, women on the other. My boyfriend sat next to me. I was also the only woman who was not wearing a long skirt or dress. Not my cup of tea but if you are into more extravagant churches then pay them a visit. The people did seem nice but too chipper for me. I think they might get points or some kind of reward for inviting people.

Jason Huntington Awful. Loud, aggressive, showing complete disregard for their neighbors. They meet at all hours several days and nights a week, keeping children out routinely till 10:30 and occasionally till 2:30am. Their services consist of someone yelling in tongues, a second-rate singer repeating the same wailing, off-pitch tones endlessly--the whole nightmare capped off with their preacher man howling at them for 30 minutes. In the 5½ years that Ive lived across from them, theyve approached me numerous times in a self-righteous fervor that belies their insistence on their Christianity.
