Chrystee Hart Mary at the Tumwater location was so amazing. I was paying a higher interest rate on my car than I should have been because of a few things that I needed to fix. Not only did she drop my rate in a significant amount she helped me realize what can I do to make my score go even higher. She was Def 5 stars all the way and I even changed to bank there because the service is that phenomenal.
