5 /5 Gabe W3dev: One of the best Thai restaurants around the Puget Sound. Quality and flavor is top notch. Has the Pad Thai the last time so decided to try the Pad Kee Mao. I liked it allot, different take using the udon noodles but I think I still prefer the traditional rice noodles. Flavor profile could have been spicier and a little less sweet but I think its profiled for American pallets more. Crispy Garlic Chicken was very good too, definitely one to order for sure

2 /5 Omar Flores: Was very excited to try this place, Seattle seems to be the only place for authentic Thai food but when I saw a TikTok video about this place I went to go try it out, but left disappointed. The place is nice, warm and staff seemed friendly. I ordered the crispy garlic chicken. In photo it looked very good, but the taste was horrible. If you look at other reviews, about it being too vinegary and sweet, that was the case for me. It literally tasted like orange chicken from panda express. It was not crispy at all and overall just not a good taste. Waiter did ask how it tasted and I was honest. Even though I didnt like it I wasnt looking for a hand out or discount. He even asked if he can switch it for another dish but if I didnt like this one, Im not sure id like the other food also. To top it all off, when it came to pay, he asked me if I wanted a box to go since I left a lot of food. I said no thank you, and he then came to my table and said "you know what" and tried to take my bill. Not sure what the reason was for but to do that in front of other people was embarrassing. I never asked to discount or not pay, so that move felt disrespectful. I did pay full price and pay a good tip, but I would be cautious about trying this place if youre looking for authentic thai food.

5 /5 Heather Ace: Yummy. They dont take reservations and seat only about 25 people but most come in for take away and the food comes out quick so they cycle through tables quickly. Nice cozy atmosphere. You order everything at the kiosk, including drinks (soda, mimosa, beer and wine only) and then they bring it to your table. Staff is kind and very knowledgeable about food. This is in a strip mall so parking is easy. -Coconut Shrimp, hot and huge, some of the best Ive ever had, fried perfectely -Pad Thai, overly sweet but great texture -Red Curry, very very delicious, wow -Drunken Noodles, udon for thick noddles lovely, would rather have had pad see ew with this flavors -Garlic Chicken, could NOT taste garlic, bummer, overly sweet, tasted like orange chicken -Mimosas were delicious!

5 /5 Bex: Truly a unique experience of a restaurant - the service is excellent and the food even better, somehow! The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, and they give you the ability to (make you?) spice it yourself. Its owned and operated by a family, and their passion and love for each other comes through in the food. Our vegan Phad Thai and Drunken Noodles were fabulous, and the specialty fresh vegan spring rolls were spectacular. Highly recommend for a sit down experience, it seemed as if they dont take phone or online orders.

5 /5 James ST: Bloom Thai Cuisine is my favorite Thai restaurant in Pierce County! The food never disappoints! Their crispy garlic chicken is definitely one of the best that I’ve had. Their tom yum is unique because they put Thai omelette inside. The omelette is fluffy and absorbs the flavorful tom yum broth. An intriguing combination that executed perfectly! I also tried their pad thai and it was good and not overly sweet. I usually don’t like pad thai but the pad thai from this place was top notch! I would love to try their kee mao udon next. The owner, Mama Blue, is very friendly and would greet and interact with her customers. This is what I appreciate the most about this place. It focuses not only on good food, but also on great hospitality and service. Other restaurant staffs are nice as well! I will surely be supporting this place as long as it opens :)
