Bobs Burgers & Brew - East Wenatchee (WA)

3 /5 Arlyn Eggen: After checking the reviews we decided that Bobs was a great choice for lunch. We couldnt have been more disappointed. The service was absolutely atrocious. From the start we waited several minutes before a server showed up to take our drink order, drinks came quickly but we waited for 15 minutes before she returned to finally take our food order. 40 minutes later our food arrived with excuses. We had strongly considered just leaving shortly before. The food was unremarkable. My wife had a burger with Cajun spice and smoked blue cheese. Very little flavor from what should have been a very flavorful burger. My shrimp tacos were chewy and appeared to have sat a while in the kitchen. Nobody came to check on us, no offer for another round of drinks but she did offer to refill a 3/4 full water glass and drop the check in the middle of the table. No chance for dessert I guess. No apologies were given, no real acknowledgement of our ordeal.

5 /5 Kathy F: We are visitors from out of state. Passed this place several times and made it a point to stop today. Not disappointed. French dip was very good and nice crispy fries. But husband was particularly impressed with the side salad. You could tell it was fresh, crispy. .

2 /5 Barbara Moline: Unfortunately every time we go here the food is just sub par. I had to send my food back because I ordered a medium steak and it was well done. The waitress Makela was absolutely wonderful. She went over and beyond. Great dedicated employee. It might be these servers who save this business.

5 /5 Shannon Forder: We came across Bobs on a drive through town and we decided to give it a try and boy are we glad we did! We have a smashing burger and we even took away some Apple Pie that was the best! Our server from Lauren P was great and very attentive and helpful.

5 /5 C R (KaZZaM): Hands-down, one of the best experiences I’ve had in a very long time in a dine in restaurant. From the service to the food quality to the atmosphere I loved every bit of it. I recommend anyone who is looking into celebrate a birthday or an anniversary to come and dine at Bob’s Burgers in brew. 5 stars!
