5 /5 Edgar Pacheco: I did not catch the wonderful ladys name this morning but she was by herself and was doing the best she possibly could. Even with the stress of her being alone she had a very positive attitude and calm posture when addressing the customers. Greatest customer service I have seen in a long time.

1 /5 Terry Fierro: Food was gross. No sauce on the burger. Drink was only filled 3 quarters full. To top it off i also found a hair in my food. Now i know why the drive through was empty.

1 /5 GodSammit: The night crew they have is absolute dog water. A large group of cars including myself were told to wait off to the side, and the food will be right out (no estimated wait time). Roughly 30 minutes later we were handed the food without a word, and it wasnt even cooked good. Ive never had a burger so floppy, it made me feel sick. What a waste of money and time, the morning crew rocks though at least. Anyways, I had to get back to work which is the whole reason I got fast food. So uh dont go here in the afternoon unless youre able to wait.

1 /5 Ashily Garcia: Horrible customer service, never really eat there but I have a client who I recently started caring for that loves the burgers. There was no line so I started to order, mind you I don’t eat here but I somewhat remembered the order, I asked to add some bacon remove special sauce and the guy at the register responded “so you don’t want the famous star” (i did, just needed bacon & no special sauce) I noticed the employee who attended me the last time & as we made eye contact I asked “hey maybe you can help I think you helped me la..” didn’t even get to finish she cut me off & responded very rudely that she couldn’t remember me or my order. With high functioning anxiety I continued my order with the guy at the register feeling super embarrassed. As if that wasn’t enough I was getting my soda and since it happens to be right by the drive through I heard the employee (C) who was upset before even asked for her help tell the employee attending me “you don’t have to apologize for anything” as I looked over she smirked my fiancée was with me and upset so he mentioned to the guy attending us that she shouldn’t apologize just maybe not take her anger out on the customers. She responded with “I don’t understand” because he was speaking in Spanish to a whole different person. After her inserting herself I saw she had clear intentions of escalating the situation so I thanked them and walked out. Will definitely be going elsewhere.

1 /5 Mary Lungu: I hate to do this. I take my son here frequently. He is autistic and star nuggets are a safe food. We most often see Katie in the drive thru. She is an absolute doll. My son and I love her. She deserves a raise. Today, I went through the drive thru and a younger woman was working. Dark hair. Crappy attitude We were made to pull forward to wait for my son’s nuggets. This is totally understandable. They forgot us there for 15 minutes. When I went back through the drive thru, the young lady was rude. My food was ice cold. Whoever worked the drive thru shift 4/27 at approximately 1:45 was awful. The whole experience was gross.
