5 /5 Antonina Lovyn: I love this place! The employees are great, theyre so attentive to your order and if something goes wrong they make sure to fix it right away. The line is usually pretty long during lunch time but it goes by pretty fast. I get drip coffee from them every day cause they have 4 different brew options. And the sandwiches, bagels, and sweets are to die for of course. Its a little on the expensive side though, cant eat there every day.

4 /5 James Rosenzweig: A few years ago I left an honest but very negative review here - at the time service delays and errors were just too frequent to say anything else. But I think there must be better training and coordination at this point, because standards have improved really noticeably since the pandemic. The food has always been tasty and thats still true - its nice too that I can praise good service also. Theres still occasional errors and sometimes unexplained delays, but theyre FAR less frequent - I can honestly recommend them as a campus lunch spot at this point, and am happy to be able to do so!

1 /5 Derek Maltone: Terrible coffee and ignored my request on how to make my coffee. $7.50 for 4 shots of espresso and some cream is theft, but its at a university so sure rob the kids whatever. But to ignore my order and hand me basically half n half for 7.50$ is rude. I waited so long that I couldnt ask them to remake it because the line was insane and I was late for class. Just disappointing all the way around.

1 /5 Skylie Anderson: When this place first opened I ordered a white chocolate mocha, then whenever I went back the girl at the counter whom I didn’t know personally, referred to me as “white chocolate mocha” I would walk in and she would loudly say in a rude tone “look who it is, white chocolate mocha” I think she was being racist and just didn’t like me. Get some psychiatric help.

1 /5 Christine Pratt: I fell outside the Einstein Bros at EWU and asked the older lady Heidi for some ice. She told me that I would need to stand in the really long line and pay for it. I realize customer service sucks but seriously compassion is free. She could at least have taken my money and rung it up later so I didnt have to stand in the line for 10 mins. Not great customer service Einstein Bros!
