1 /5 Ebony Hurt: Atmosphere is ok because the music is good and it has decent lighting. Food is often (3 visits) hard and dry & unfortunately my stew was cold upon receipt at the table on my last two attempts to try this place. Service is absolutely trash if it even exists. They also overcharge some customers so i recommend you ask for a receipt if you order food. They’d do better to hire professional servers, it would improve the reviews and overall service and experience.

2 /5 Enos Nyamor: First of all, there are no seats. You gotta reserve seats and no space to even dance. Most customers are seated just staring. Definitely kills the vibe. Also the security guards don’t use a wand but bare hands to frisk customers. A lot of unprofessional approach to hospitality. The food is also microwaved so if you get matumbo (tripe), get ready for food poisoning. They can do better. I don’t think this is the real feel of Kenya, but we appreciate the effort. The owners nes to put more effort in design.

1 /5 Egide DUKUZUMUREMYI: If I could give this place a minus rating, I absolutely would. I have had multiple bad experiences at Lims Lounge & Restaurant, and I’m finally done giving them chances. The customer service here is practically nonexistent. The staff consistently mistreats clients, responds rudely when you ask simple questions, and shows zero professionalism. Their menu is confusing and misleading. What they serve is completely different from what is written. One time I ordered lamb stew with pilau, and what they brought was plain rice with watery soup and not a single piece of meat. When I politely asked the waitress about it, instead of fixing the order, she treated me badly and basically pushed me into ordering a second plate with meat, then made me pay for everything. It was honestly shocking. On top of that, everything about the place feels chaotic. • The music is extremely loud, to the point where you can’t even have a conversation. • There is barely any space to sit or move comfortably. • The atmosphere is uncomfortable, with people staring, acting disrespectful, and giving off an aggressive vibe. It genuinely feels like the owners don’t care about customers at all, only about squeezing as much money as possible out of every person who walks in. Highly, highly NOT recommended. Save your time, your money, and your peace of mind there are far better places in the area.
