3 /5 Emily Siroky: PLEASE hire more (and more efficient) staff! For a night with live music, why were there so few wait staff?! We got our own drinks by walking up to the bar, then waited 30 minutes for someone to take our food order, then 45 more minutes to get our food! When it finally came, the food was good.

5 /5 MDH: Service was great, food came pretty fast and Samantha (the bartender) was the most attentive and accommodating person.

5 /5 Chris Le: We sat outside because we had brought our golden retriever, and the staff was extremely accommodating. They asked if she needed water and brought out a dog bowl along with a pitcher of water for her. The waitress was extremely easy going, and got our food and drinks ordered and brought out quickly. The drinks were delicious, and pretty averaged price for a hotel bar compared to what others seemed to have thought. Food was really good, and better than BK or some fast food location in town. Would highly recommend to all who stay in the hotel!!

2 /5 Jesse R: The food was really good. The drinks were ok. The service was pretty rough and because we had a "big table" we were charged an auto gratuity. Now thats pretty normal and I have no problem with that. However the auto gratuity was 22.5%. Thats insane. It took 20-30 minutes to get the next drink. Most of the table was sitting with empty glasses for a good majority of the night. We tried to offset this by going up and ordering drinks at the bar, but were told to return to our seats and wait for our server, whom we were told only had our table. It was unfortunate. I recommend this place for a date night with only 2-4 in your party. They cannot handle a party of 10.
