5 /5 Vy Nguyen: I stumbled upon Renton Bistro on a whim, and wow – this hidden gem really surprised me. It’s literally tucked inside a cute old house, so stepping inside felt like walking into a cozy home. With its warm wood interiors and Vietnamese decor, it instantly reminded me of a little spot back in Saigon. We tried a few dishes and each one was fantastic. The Nem Cuốn (fresh spring rolls) were light and crisp, filled with fresh herbs and nem nướng, perfect for a starter. The Bún Bò Huế (spicy beef noodle soup) was my favorite – the broth was nice and light, not greasy, and the noodles were perfectly cooked. We also had the Cơm Sườn (grilled pork with rice), which came with juicy, well-seasoned pork chops and a side of pickled veggies. Every bite was delicious and savory, and you could tell everything was made fresh. The food here strikes the perfect balance between being flavorful and comforting without feeling heavy.
On top of the great food, the service was impressively fast and friendly.
All in all, Renton Bistro is a fantastic find. I would definitely go back, and I’m already looking forward to trying more from their menu.
