4 /5 Chris: I have only visited the Ephrata Taco Bell once, so my review is in light of that one visit. A friend and I chose this restaurant for lunch on a Friday at noon. The restaurant was not crowded at all but there were a few cars being attended in the drive thru. After waiting at the register for while, an employee directed us to the self order kiosk as an alternative to further waiting. I have never used the kiosk before but was able to locate what I wanted after a brief search. My friend had difficulty finding what she wanted though, so an employee very graciously assisted her. We received our orders in a timely manner and the food was hot and well prepared. The over all ambiance of the restaurant was clean and modern. There were some crumbs on one of the tables but the floor and chairs were free of debris. We found a corner seat and enjoyed watching the mundane street traffic as we chatted and ate. A few more patrons arrived during our lunch but the restaurant was never crowded and I noticed that they were attended at the register in a timely manner. In all, my visit to the Ephrata Taco Bell was not unpleasant and while it was not outstanding, I give it four stars as an adequately enjoyable lunch experience.
