2 /5 Lorelei L. Sternod: Nick does a great job in the kitchen, with some of the most perfectly cooked French fries Ive ever had, even though that seems easy. But I always stand at the bar forever, busy or not, with the bartenders doing whatever theyre doing and not acknowledging me at all (not just me, I see it was regulars and drops ins alike and its every time I go there), then suddenly they ask what I want out of the blue and act like Im wasting their time. The taps seem reasonably clean most of the time, the drinks are well made for the most part, and the place is relatively clean for what it is. Suddenly though, it feels very Miami 1990s in nature, if you get my meaning, and fill of childish drama. Its not somewhere I intend to go back to anytime soon.
