Beau Cerdan Went in for an estimate on a Monday afternoon and they were able to fit me immediately after. John was very professional and kept my expectations realistic regarding my dent but he did an AMAZING job and exceeded my expectations. Would recommend this place for dent repair.

David Quick Car was damaged by flying debris in a wind storm. 3 body shops estimated $2700-$5000. I thought they were too pessimistic about what was required. Same day did the job without needing to repaint and it came out great! Can’t tell anything was damaged.

Nick Jr. Sablan 5 star service! had the best help from Zach and Aaron. They helped me out with my tire bubble and were very informative and assuring! Best Firestone i’ve been to! Definitely will be coming back here again.

AnnaStacia Fisher I went into Firestone today, and worked with Michael Montz the store manager, and his technician Aaron. They did a diagnostic on my car, and gave me an estimate. They got my car in, and out of the shop in a quickly manner. I highly recommend this location, They are the best.

Boedeker David “Boe” I got rear ended and had some damage. Jim fixed my jeep up right and made it look brand new. I cant even tell I was ever rear ended. Price was more than reasonable. Time was efficient. Overall, I would highly recommend!

janet smith Jim is the most amazing guy EVER! My grandson was in a tough spot, Jim fixed his car without sending us into the poor house! My grandson could only afford liability (which is still $450/mo) so it didn’t cover his car. Jim partnered with me to make this happen. No one else would do that! They just asked for TONS on money…not caring that this 17 y/o kid doesn’t have that kind of money. Jim let me do some things myself to lower the cost. I pulled the parts from the junkyard, painted them myself with a rattle can (Jim has a great sense of humor!)There are no more guys like this folks! He is truly one-of-a-kind.

John Gg There was no attempt to detail my car at all. I have bought the tire and rim protection, I have bought the hood paint protection for thousands of dollars for a car that isn’t even mine, it’s a leased vehicle! I’m just not sure what to think.

Ingrid Hueneke My experience was great, as usual. I was checked in without waiting. Brandon was professional and very nice. The drivers seat and floor mat were covered to keep them clean. I always appreciate the free coffee and the availability of snacks while my car is being serviced.

Noah Keith I replaced the engine in my 2011 Audi A4 Quattro a couple of months ago. Last week It sprung a major vacuum leak and was causing all cylinders to misfire. I didn’t have the equipment to chase down the leak so I had Buckys take a look. Not only did they find the main leak, but they also found some small leaks coming from some vacuum lines behind my engine. The price seemed a little high, however they got it all done in one day so to me it seemed well worth it. They even test drove it after to ensure all of the issues were resolved. Will probably be my new go-to shop.

Ashleigh Albert The number listed here isnt specifically for the service center apparently. Its 7:54am and I called with a question about my 9am appointment, the message says theyre closed and then says the service center opens at 7:30. So Im not sure what number this goes to. It gave the option to leave a message but then said the mailbox is full. I then checked the Contact Us portion of the website and this is the number listed for main, and sales, and service, and parts, even though it doesnt work right now when service should be open. So I guess Ill call back at 8:30 when it said the sales department opens and hope someone is there in whatever department this rings to to answer.

Clint Gonzales It was one of the best experiences Ive ever had purchasing a vehicle! Ask for Cole! Hes the man. Will definitely be coming back.

Michele Roberts This is my first Jeep purchase and they did an awesome job getting a full detail done for me theu the service department. Colin was great at connecting during the process and even ensured my new plates, that just arrived, were put on. So far I love the sales and service team here.

Brody Heitmann Staff are friendly, but the labor prices are INSANE. They want $250 to replace an oil pressure sensor. That was just the labor cost alone... said it takes about an hour to do, I thanked them and left. Found another shop in town to do the job in 20 minutes for about $80 total (I brought the new part in).

Kara Reichert I walked into Bucky’s on a Saturday afternoon after realizing my brake lights were out. The two guys in the shop were great! They came right out and determined the issue in a matter of minutes. They fixed the problem and wouldn’t let me pay anything! So nice to have found such a generous and honest shop so close by. Highly recommended!

William Crabtree Gary is honest and a great technician - I’m fortunate to have him take care of our Volvos.

Jon S Great turnaround, great work, great explanation of pricing. Gary showed me all the old parts he had replaced and why they needed to be changed. I plan on taking my Volvo back there next time I have any problems. Would definitely recommend.

T2H Stein Once again Im completely thrilled with my entire visit to Bremerton location! Have had my ford F150 serviced multiple times over last 4 years- EVERYTIME has been a great experience! Quality workmanship & affordable prices for parts and labor. Dave & Mike upfront are always pleasant and professional with me. This is saying a lot as a woman I have been dismissed or ignored when diagnosing issues or concerns- but not at this shop! Chuck in the service area is a great mechanic as well and has always answered my questions with a smile. I would highly recommend this shop for ANY work! I have had simple maintenance done up to a complete transmission replacement and have been satisfied for all of it. Its hard to find honest and hardworking shops these days- so give them a call, I guarantee youll be happy you did! Thank you team for keeping my old ford on the road :)

Pgaspar Hernandez This place is horrible!!! I went here for a fuel problem that my truck had. Instead they started telling us the truck had other problems and need to get fixed. First time we were charges $900 they told us the truck is ready to go. But it didn’t go that way the truck was back at the shop the next day for the same problem and this time they give us a diagnostic. They were charging us $5000 promising us that the truck will be fixed. But it didn’t go that way they called us again saying that there was one more problem, that the fuel pump needs to be replaced when we originally TOLD them that we were thinking it was the fuel pump all along. We took the truck for a problem and it came back with the same problem they did not fix ANYTHING! They just made us pay $6000 for nothing. After that David came out screaming telling us to not bring the truck back which we obviously wouldn’t be doing. I Do not recommend this places they will just take your money.

Terri Jones Sometimes the problem with an RV is a mystery even with the best diagnostics and effort. Tim has always been very helpful, honest and upfront with whats needed and the considerations that went into making repair decisions. I appreciate that a lot! Tim was also very flexible about accepting our towed in RV with only an hour of advance notice even though they were swamped with work! Then he made sure we got a ride home! That was extremely kind! Devon was our mechanic, he is skilled, thorough and works hard to identify the real problem and its cause, (not just the symptom), then he makes the needed repair and does a road test to confirm it functions properly. I truly appreciate both Tim and Devon.

Jessie S Peninsula Fleet & RV was recommended to me by another happy customer, and for very good reason! Just took my old but wonderful RV out for maintenance for the second time with Peninsula, and received the most amazing customer service I’ve experienced in dealing with any vehicle, ever! Just like my first visit to them, this time around had me feeling confident and cared for as we made decisions together about services needed. While there was much more to be done (she’s a 1993), Tim helped me think through prioritization and future planning of work to be done. I have no doubt about the integrity and honesty of this crew, their work, and how they treat their customers. As a daughter of a mechanic (now passed), I have deep appreciation for how I was treated, the service provided, and the security in knowing my RV was in good hands to keep me on the road this summer. My drive home was so much smoother, quieter, and I smiled the whole way.
