Amber Craven Lorenzo was on time for an early appointment. He was polite, courteous and knows a lot about glass he fixed not one but two rock chips in my windshield. You would have to search really hard to find them now. Service was quick! Don’t hesitate to hire this company to take care of those rock chips!

Brian Peterson Lorenzo was able to quickly arrange for replacement of my windshield in a 1984 bus, which also had some rust around the glass that was repaired. He also quickly fixed a few rock chips in our 2016 Honda. Efficient and reasonable. Would recommend him to anyone.

Steven Kessler We were stranded in town due to a sudden cylinder misfire issue. Jacks was able to get us in and out within 24 hours. Obviously this cant always be guaranteed but we appreciated the help on short notice! Mike was also very knowledgeable and happy to take the time and go into detail about all the work done, and all the things to look out for in the future with our truck. Its clear they have a great team here and communication was great. Thanks again to everyone at Jacks Auto for their help!

Marilyn Faber I called Jack’s auto on Tuesday, they were able to get my car in by Wednesday and had it done by Friday. They were fast friendly and honest. Jack went the extra mile to make sure I fully understood all the repairs they had done. I highly recommend this locally owned family run auto shop!

Stephen McDonald Super quick, never had to leave the vehicle. 15% Military discount. They checked the air filters and had the right one on hand when mine was needing replacing. Duncan, the manager, super down to earth guy, did a great job with the process. Whole thing took maybe less than 15 minutes. Oil change was $76.

Linda Abegglen Nevermann My former mechanic retired and I wasnt happy with the new owners Customer Service. Oak Harbor was referred to me by a friend. A one hour drive each way and worth every penny. Excellent Customer Service, fair pricing, and one of the nicest/ cleanest/comfortable waiting areas, and one of the nicest/cleanest bathrooms Ive ever seen. Easy access and disabled parking all on one level. They are my new regular mechanics!

Gabriel Sone People who work at NASWI Car care center have always taken care of me. They provide quality service at a price that simply cannot be beat in town. I have tried most of the autoshops in town, and I was charged insane prices (thousands) for parts and labor for seemingly routine jobs. They also have an awesome tire selection at prices that are hard to beat. Tire recommendations are spot on with many of them having experience running the tires they recommend on their own vehicles.They have my business for the length of time I am stationed here.

Lindsey Uhrig Bought a car from him that was a total dud after he promised to give us this immaculate car. Wouldn’t fix it and wouldn’t buy it back after he knew he gave us a dud. He kept giving us excuses and talked very inappropriately to us. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here. Very dirty and very unprofessional. Waste of time, energy, and money. There are WAY better places on the island and just off of it. Take your service there instead. Before buying that car, we had taken our other car there just before for an oil change and after everything, we also found out there was mostly water in our oil.

Stephanie Bowman Had a fairly deep gash in my front passenger panel. Recommended by State Farm Insurance and these folks did not disappoint. My car looks amazing. Only 3 1/2 days to complete. Even washed and vacuumed my vehicle. Everyone on the staff was professional, courteous and kind. Highly recommend Central Collision.

Logan Dillion Picked up a vehicle from an impound lot, and it had a grocery list of smaller problems. He said he would get right to work on it, and not even a week later, he called me and told me it was done. Told me what was wrong with it and told me that some of my concerns about certain parts didnt need to be replaced, and this man saved me a decent amount of money. Definitely earned a loyal customer. He doesnt beat around the bush and just tells it to you straight. No nonsense type of guy and thats exactly what everyone needs in a mechanic. 10/10

Laura S Tarasoff This was a chip fix. It was quick and inexpensive. The seal has held well. The summer heat got the best of the chip fix. A spider crack started going up the windshield. A+ replaced it in just a couple of hours. Great people, great work. They even vacuumed my floor board!

Ab Lb They had to order my windshield, it came in quickly, got an appointment that fit in with my schedule, and they were fast putting it on. It’s been a couple months now and the windshield has held up and looks good. Their front desk lady was super friendly and I loved their dog. I’d highly recommend getting your windshield taken care of here!

Caleb Cross As soon as I walked in, I knew this place was honest and professional. I could not believe that they could get me right in after other shops told me a couple weeks at best. I was extremely impressed by the full inspection complete with photos and recommendations on what needed taking care of, on top of the quick diagnosis of the brake issue that I came in for urgently. The shop was not pushy in what they recommended but rather very kind and informative while giving a lot of options and real world advice versus trying to make a sell. Their work was quick and high quality and the price was very competitive, actually much less than I planned on or have paid in other shops. Cannot recommend Gateway enough. Even the oil change was less than a quick lube. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Miracle, and all of the excellent mechanics at Gateway. Seriously the best experience I’ve had at a shop. Bless you guys for all your good work and for truly caring.

James Anderson I was provided with an extremely accurate evaluation and fair estimate of the brake work needed on my vehicle. An appointment was easy to set up and the day of the appointment I was offered a ride anywhere and back when work was finished. I elected to remain on site and every employee that I met was friendly, engaging, knowledgeable and helpful. Work was accomplished much sooner than estimated such that I was back on the road in a perfectly operating vehicle shortly after lunchtime. A surprisingly and exceptionally pleasant experience in auto repair.

JEFTY G Great, Friendly service. Just there for an oil change and a brake inspection. They found I did not need new brakes and did discover an unrelated broken part. They contacted the dealership and confirmed it was a recall issue. Going the extra mile is appreciated.

They didn’t try to push any unnecessary repairs. The sales staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.

Lillian Reitz I cannot thank Truex Auto Repair enough. I am a wedding photographer and I was on my way to photograph a wedding when my car started making a loud noise while I was accelerating. I called to see if they could very quickly check my car. Within minutes of arriving my car was seen and the minor, but noisy, problem was identified. It was incredibly kind to go out of their way to check my car and reassure me that Id be able to make it to the wedding on time.

Patti Giles Olson I have a 2001 E320 and I have taken it to Jason since we purchased it in 2006. Jason is and has always been very polite & done exceptional work. He goes above and beyond when it comes to his customers, their cars and their needs. He looks over my car for me before EVERY long drive back home. If it needs something he takes care of it. If it doesnt need anything I know Im safe to make that over 2000 mile round trip drive. Why? Because I trust the greatestimate mechanic EVER, Jason at Kaisers Garage! There is no better mechanic for your Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Mini Cooper, or Sprinter anywhere as far as Im concerned! And we have owned a BMW & we are buying a Sprinter. Honest Reviewer I was very excited to see such high reviews for a local place to take my two older BMWs. Unfortunately the greeting voicemail message says they no longer service BMW. Just an FYI for anyone looking for a service location in the area like me.

Andrea Downs I needed the battery changed in my key fob. I went to the auto store to see if they could help me do it so I wouldn’t have to take a ferry to pay $7 at the dealership. Walked in, explained what I was needed and was told they couldn’t even look up what battery I needed to buy. I walked out, went two buildings down to AutoZone where They not only looked up the battery, changed the battery for me, and made sure both keys worked.

Richie Simpson Theyve always been there for us when we needed a part. But even better, they are willing to go the distance to find the part you need or even point you in the direction you need to go to find the right group if it is that rare of a part. Most places would just limit themselves to their arms reach and leave it at that. Not these folks.

remain anonymous I brought my van in due to coolant leaking, heater core replacement, rear differential service, starter... I was moving to Seattle while this was going on.. when the work was done I was heading to Seattle and stopped for some food here in town... When I came back van wouldnt start because they forgot to put the starter in... Thank God I didnt drive all the way to Seattle! Buttt when I got to Seattle I overheated because they didnt re-install the bottom radiator hose to the heater core and also didnt clamp it... So the hose is halfway off... I just cant get to it... So I bring it back to the shop cause I had to come to town.. The shop was empty and they were just standing around... They could of tightened it up for me, but insist I make an appt. I cant come back again this way.. took it the road to martins and he fixed it right there for free... Now they also did do the rear diff service .. I overheard them saying they pulled the cover off and it was too messed up.. But they still charged me!! Then they begged for a good review cause they said they are getting hit hard by doing bad work and people are noticing... I never reviewed cause I wanted to see what they were gonna do.... Im now contacting the people that set up the payment so we can possibly take these guys to court for all this.. I didnt mention overhearing them state they didnt do the differential service cause I had a feeling it was gonna come in handy... I have receipt that it was done... But when you pull the cover its clearly not... Then today I gave them the chance to tighten up that hose.. Nope.... I have receipts and witness to back everything up in a court of law... These guys told me they do bad work and begged for good review Then they did bad work and refused toake it right. So now heres my review. Next we figure why you charge for work you dont do

H Man My cars battery connection was loose and I took it to DC Auto Repair shop, they ordered the new part right away and installed it on the car, I was traveling that day and in the morning had a small issue with starting the car, I am glad that I took my car there before initiating the road trip. The staff is very professional and honest, they also made great recommendations and explained the issue with the cable that connects with the battery. I highly recommend this place.
