1 /5 Vlada Ten: I had called the salon two weeks ahead and scheduled a haircut appointment for Saturday at 2pm. When I came at designated time, I was told the hairstylist does not even work today. I specifically scheduled it in advance because it was important, and to say I was frustrated is an understatement. Needless to say I am not going to use their services ever again and do not recommend them.

1 /5 Emily Reid: I went in for my first appointment today and had a really bad experience. The woman who did my hair turned it teal when I wanted purple. I don’t know how you mess that up but she did. She left me sitting for over an hour and wasn’t very talkative in general and then just blew it off that she messed it up and kept saying how good it looked. It looked horrible. I went to another salon to immediately get it fixed because it was that bad. I do not recommend going here.

Madelyn Stratton: paid $345 for an extension move up and within days i had a whole row fall out COMPLETELY. at this point id had extensions for months and multiple move ups and reinstalling done and NEVER had this happen. i sent pictures time and date stamped of what happened for proof and requested a refund and explained why. i had to follow up multiple times and continue reaching out and was eventually told a refund was not possible and i could come in for another appointment to try again. i asked again for the refund and followed up with a call. i was ignored completely and still found no resolution. very disappointed since i spent a decent amount of money to get my hair done and ended up with it in worse shape then before i came in and out a couple hundred dollars
