The price on services were very affordable. David is also very accommodating and very understanding. Another great thing is that it is open on Saturday. You can call for an appointment and usually can get in the next day.

My technician was unable to fix the issue himself, and my daily schedule (to include out of town work) was getting further and further behind. I placed a call to David at 509 Automotive and had my guy drive there asap. David HAPPILY AND QUICKLY fixed the issue and sent our truck on its merry way. Its rare these days to find a mechanic shop that will take in work without an appointment AND with such a positive demeanor. AND the price was right!!! I HIGHLY recommend David and 509 Automotive.

We got lucky by pulling up to the closest auto shop, and turns out, the NICEST auto shop. They took care of us on the spot, having the belt replaced in just an hour and back on the road. He also went above and beyond for us by doing a courtesy check of everything else, and letting us know a few things to keep an eye on. We felt so fortunate to find this place, and would recommend them to everyone. Very trustworthy and kind.

He even kept his doors open late on a Friday, so my car could be towed there, after waiting hours for the tow truck to arrive. They did a really thorough job checking everything out for us and helped us make a good decision on whether the car was a good fit for us in the long run. Easy to make payment and provided a digital copy of the inspection results for us to review. Though the comprehensive inspection was about $200 more than we were quoted by other mechanics, we would highly recommend them as it was by far the most thorough weve seen and we appreciated their feedback and expertise. Well worth it!

Tiffany Rowley: I have brought many vehicles here over the years but the last two times were very frustrating. A year ago we had extensive work done on a vehicle spending almost $2k. A week later it stopped running completely. Sold it for parts. Today we picked up my husband’s truck we bought to replace the other vehicle. The speedometer had stopped working. He specifically told them he would like his speedometer sensor replaced. He even told them there were parts available locally. Not only did they not replace it. They did not call to give him options. They just called to tell him it was done. He was told if it stops working again he can call for a quote. What?! What happened to do it right the first time! This is so shady. Update: Less than 24 hours and the speedometer stopped working again. Waiting to see if they contact us back. This is beyond unacceptable. In reply to your response. You are incorrect. The second time we brought the Expedition in we spent $986. I have the credit card details to prove attached . And it wasn’t an oil change.

MSAR was able to get me an appointment Monday morning and called me throughout the process. I was back in my fixed car the following afternoon. Great staff. ivy romero: After seeing all of the great reviews, I thought I would give Evergreen Auto a try. I called Sergio about our van not having A/C and he arrived in a short amount of time. From start to finish we were so glad we found him!! He had our air conditioning working by the end of the day, we have four small children and we’ve gone two years without the air conditioning but this year we couldn’t go without again. He was so reasonably priced and our children kept saying it was a miracle for them. I will always recommend Sergio and we will definitely continue to call on Evergreen for any future problems.

T Lowery: Im not happy with their service at all. When they finally got my ac hooker up it "leaked", mind you it was replaced in 2021. They stopped what they were doing took the line off and still charged me full price when I had no ac at all and said it would be between $1200 to $1500 to fix the ac unit. I was charged damn near $170 for them to say its broke. Even the guys over in Pasco dont do that. Called other places afterwards and was told, at most it should have cost me 75.00 since they didnt do the entire service. What a rip off.

I was beyond happy to find a place that services Toyotas and Lexus because Ive been so disappointed in the dealerships here and in Hermiston. We took our Camry in for diagnostics, Matt said it was safe to drive (whew!!), and they sent us a text linking us to the invoices and estimates of the parts, labor, etc. So we know about how much it will cost to get the car up to snuff. No BS, just the facts, and weve had an awesome, easy experience so far. Highly recommend!!

The other was fitting in our son’s 2008 Saturn Vue for an inspection and oil change during his short 3-day visit.
