1 /5 Niko Lisalo: I had got my nails done I jus moved to Tacoma and was trying out a place close to me. terrible services nails techs were rude and rough and then when I expressed I didn’t like my Nails bc they flooded my nail beds with acrylic and then nails were burning, they were jus all around tough with filing and all. They asked me to pay more for them to fix them the right way I jus wanted to leave but they kept telling me they’d fix it overall im unhappy ask spent 140$ on my nails n toes for some 20$ work im very dissatisfied WOULD NOT RECOMMEND .

1 /5 Porsha Bland: KIM DID A HORRIBLE JOB ON MY NAILS !! I paid 130 for me to cry in my car cause they are horrible!! My Cuticles aren’t even cut The paint job was horrible after I told her I wanted powder I told her I didn’t want to spend a lot she didn’t ask me how much I was willing to spend and just started doing my nails when I asked her to not use acrylfor my charm, she continue to use acrylic for my charms I told her I don’t put gel on my nails and she continue to put gel on my nails her and her associate were continuously talking about me as I was sitting in the chair just horrible, and I came there I got told Kim was good and ask for her ….. I was wrong !! Didn’t take her time , rushed when no one was in there !!!

1 /5 Monica TeeMay: I went to this establishment because it was the nearest open establishment from my place of employment (they close at 7pm). My nails were long I inquired to have short nails due to my new employment. I was charged $51 and I added a $10 tip. The nails were not good quality but I didn’t mind because I loved the color and the nail tech was very nice. A day later they started chipping. I went back 4 days later because my nails chipped excessively and I didn’t have time to go back until then. I managed to go back in, I spoke to the tech and let her know what was going on. She stated that because my nails were long the acrylic lifted so she would charge me a full set!! I can’t believe her. I would have paid for the full set from the beginning but she did a fill knowing that the acrylic would lift and my nails would look horrible. I will never go to this so called nail salon again and I warn everyone not to go here. They are so money hungry. If I’m gonna pay for a full set, do you think I will trust them to do a good job, no!!! I rather pay for a full set else where. You have been warned ladies!!
