After a truly disappointing visit to another salon, my hair was left in a dull, ashy mess with a terrible blend. I felt totally lost and unsure how I’d ever get my hair back to looking its best. Thats when I found Natalie at Adorabella, and she completely SAVED my hair! From the moment I sat in her chair, I knew I was in great hands. Natalie is not only a fantastic communicator but also a compassionate and caring listener. She took the time to truly understand my concerns and what I was hoping to achieve. Her attention to detail and the way she made me feel comfortable and heard was something I’ve never experienced before at a salon. What amazed me the most was her exceptional knowledge. She immediately identified the issues the previous salon had caused and knew EXACTLY how to fix them. She explained every step of the process, which gave me confidence that my hair was in expert hands. The results were nothing short of magical—she turned my dull, ashy blend into a buttery golden beauty that I couldn’t stop admiring in the mirror. The color is rich, vibrant, and perfectly blended, exactly what I had been hoping for!!! :) This was by far the best salon experience I’ve ever had. Not only did Natalie completely up level my hair, but she also made me feel valued and cared for throughout the entire process. I’m officially a client for life, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair.
