5 /5 Katelyn Porter: First time at this shop and didn’t know what to expect. Called last Friday (5/2) and to my surprise was able to get an appointment for Monday (5/5). Repairs were needed and also to my surprise I was able to get those completed the next day (today, 5/6). The scheduling availability at this location is pretty good! I would have waited three weeks at the Mazda dealership just for diagnostic testing and who knows how long in addition for the repairs. There was price transparency from the get go. Staff were friendly and very helpful. My car is fixed up and running great! Thank you!!

5 /5 Amy Wooster: Brought a vehicle here to be inspected that I was considering purchasing off of Facebook marketplace place. Thank goodness!! The shop did a thorough inspection and was extremely helpful. They saved me a lot of money that I might’ve spent on a total dud of a car. They were super friendly and gave their honest opinions about the vehicle which was exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend!

5 /5 larry sherfey: My wifes Grand Cherokee battery died suddenly and without warning. We were then able to jump the car after restoring a partial charge and take it to All Automotive who accommodated our "emergency". They cleared all of the codes and replaced the battery within 3 hours of our appt. time. Always great to deal with All Automotive.

1 /5 Courtney P: Had my car TOWED in, was told they couldn’t figure out what was wrong. Refilled the AC and was charged $900+ for nothing but the AC being filled as any work/result. Drove the car two days for it to break down again. Once again had it towed here. Yet again was told they did nothing but drive it around but it was ready to pick up. They wanted to charge us $30+ for the gas THEY put in to drive it around after already charging $900 for no solution. They had the car 4 DAYS! Was basically told they would keep our car from us until the $30 was paid. Overall feel robbed, issue is still not resolved, paid for towing multiple times to this place, only picked them because they had good reviews and out of all the mechanics we have been to this is by far the worst as far as any effort and just charging you for no work to be done. Please take your car to someone else who cares about their customers and actually fixing the problem. Super disappointed/pissed.

They were friendly, knowledgeable, and PROFESSIONAL. They diagnosed the issue, explained exactly what was causing it, and ordered the parts to fix it. The updates were efficient and clear through their online system. I liked that it had photos and notes directly from the techs. It was fast and easy to schedule, and I was notified right when my car was done. I felt relieved, impressed, and like I could actually trust what they were telling me. I mainly worked with Ben, but every person I spoke with at Meyers was awesome. Chris L: Tyler at 360 Automotive really came through for us! He was able to fit us in within 24 hours for a prepurchase inspection on a used car we were considering. They did a really thorough job checking everything out for us and helped us make a good decision on whether the car was a good fit for us in the long run. Easy to make payment and provided a digital copy of the inspection results for us to review. Though the comprehensive inspection was about $200 more than we were quoted by other mechanics, we would highly recommend them as it was by far the most thorough weve seen and we appreciated their feedback and expertise. Well worth it!

Tiffany Rowley: I have brought many vehicles here over the years but the last two times were very frustrating. A year ago we had extensive work done on a vehicle spending almost $2k. A week later it stopped running completely. Sold it for parts. Today we picked up my husband’s truck we bought to replace the other vehicle. The speedometer had stopped working. He specifically told them he would like his speedometer sensor replaced. He even told them there were parts available locally. Not only did they not replace it. They did not call to give him options. They just called to tell him it was done. He was told if it stops working again he can call for a quote. What?! What happened to do it right the first time! This is so shady. Update: Less than 24 hours and the speedometer stopped working again. Waiting to see if they contact us back. This is beyond unacceptable. In reply to your response. You are incorrect. The second time we brought the Expedition in we spent $986. I have the credit card details to prove attached . And it wasn’t an oil change.

MSAR was able to get me an appointment Monday morning and called me throughout the process. I was back in my fixed car the following afternoon. Great staff. Plan to come back in the future for needed tune-ups.

ivy romero: After seeing all of the great reviews, I thought I would give Evergreen Auto a try. I called Sergio about our van not having A/C and he arrived in a short amount of time. From start to finish we were so glad we found him!! He had our air conditioning working by the end of the day, we have four small children and we’ve gone two years without the air conditioning but this year we couldn’t go without again. He was so reasonably priced and our children kept saying it was a miracle for them. I will always recommend Sergio and we will definitely continue to call on Evergreen for any future problems.

T Lowery: Im not happy with their service at all. When they finally got my ac hooker up it "leaked", mind you it was replaced in 2021. They stopped what they were doing took the line off and still charged me full price when I had no ac at all and said it would be between $1200 to $1500 to fix the ac unit. I was charged damn near $170 for them to say its broke. Even the guys over in Pasco dont do that. Called other places afterwards and was told, at most it should have cost me 75.00 since they didnt do the entire service. What a rip off.

I was beyond happy to find a place that services Toyotas and Lexus because Ive been so disappointed in the dealerships here and in Hermiston. We took our Camry in for diagnostics, Matt said it was safe to drive (whew!!), and they sent us a text linking us to the invoices and estimates of the parts, labor, etc. So we know about how much it will cost to get the car up to snuff. No BS, just the facts, and weve had an awesome, easy experience so far. Highly recommend!!
