He is the new hygienist with the great team. He was fantastic. My teeth feel great!!!! He was gentle and kind and thorough. Aumnee is very welcoming with her warm and contagious laugh. Jeremy, there is so much to say about Jeremy...he works so very hard both up front and in the back and does whatever he can to help the dental care/appointment(s) go smoothly. Dr. Northrop is so kind, thorough and supportive and allows a nervous patient such as myself to go at my pace. This office may be very busy, and you may have to wait at times, but they are well worth their time. Thank you!!!
253 Dental Care - Federal Way Jennifer Clem: This office was so welcoming and felt like home from the moment I walked in. They were helpful and resourceful because of previous dental injuries and gave me the resources to move forward in my oral fitness mission.
They have all the modern comfort tools and devices and most importantly they care. Kara is a Saint. This place will be brighten your idea of the dentist.

Yesterday was a great visit. I had canceled my appointment without removing it from my calender. The ladies were so kind to allow me a few minutes to check in on my new implant. Im so glad I found this office and my dental family!!! If looking for a new doctor, trust this group of skilled, friendly , knowledgeable miracle workers!!! Federal Way Dental - Federal Way g r: My experience at Federal Way Dental this past week was great. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with smiles, and warmth. No waiting period at any time, staff were knowledgeable, and friendly and my dentist, she was the absolute best.. Intelligent, confident, looking to please and her friendly and sweet way, a real blessing to have found them, and I look forward to my appointment next week.
First Smile Family Dental - Federal Way Inta Marie Jette: I have been a patient of First Smile Family Dental for a little over a year. I have found Dr. Nguyen and her team to be very caring and professional while providing excellent service. I never have felt that they were trying to work up a bill or anything nefarious like that. Today I had to have a crown put on, and I was originally treated by one of the newer technicians who is going to school full-time, working part-time in the dental office, and takes time to offer a personal touch while working with a patient. She is a lovely young woman. Farisali has grown so much in the last year. I have enjoyed watching her bloom into a professional young woman who enjoys her work and tries very hard to meet all the needs of her patients. I am really impressed with the team at First Smile Family Dental. Thank you Dr. Nuyen.
Federal Way Family Dental Care - Federal Way Katie W: If I could give 10 stars I would. Our whole family drives from over an hour away to go to this office and it is worth the drive! We all have our regular cleanings here and when I had a dental emergencey and needed to get in right away they were very accommodating. Not only did they get me in really quick but Dr. Parkinson also got my treatment done same day! They also worked a miricle and got my crown seated before I left for a 2 week trip as well. Best of the BEST!
WA Dental - Federal Way Maria Gulitskaya: Dr. Shin did a great job. He is very fast, professional and kind! No empty talk, everything is to the point! I recommend this clinic! All the staff is very professional, neat and kind. The waiting room itself is very beautiful I feel great, like at home in Europe! Very modern!

From the warm greetings, and the welcome card and gift, to the professionalism, kindness, knowledge, and just an overall great experience. Federal Way Dentistry - Federal Way Johan Martinez: Took my mom to this dentist because it was in her insurance network, they did a horrible job and over charged us and to top it off they didnt even let us know we had credit with them, we had to go 3 times because they didnt do two fillings correctly, the dentist kept saying for almost a whole month every time we went that the pain was normal, yet in my experience i never gone two whole weeks with pain after visiting a dentist. Anyways I recommend you guys stay away from this place. If you do decide to go to this place. Just know they will over charge you, also check with your insurance because they will charged you more and will not let you know about it. If you read the reviews im not the only one complaining about this.
Ideal Dental Federal Way - Federal Way Huma Yaqubi: I had an amazing experience with Dr. Rachel Worley and her assistant, Paige. Dr. Worley is not only kind and gentle but also incredibly skilled, precise, and efficient. She completed a lot of work in a short amount of time, all while being extremely attentive and focused. I could tell she is highly trained and truly excellent at what she does.
She also took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and provided clear, specific aftercare instructions. I felt completely informed and well taken care of.
Her assistant, Paige, was also wonderful—pleasant, respectful, and very knowledgeable. She made the entire experience even smoother.
If you’re looking for a top-tier dentist who is both highly skilled and compassionate, I highly recommend Dr. Worly and her team!
Federal Way Family Dentistry, Dr Van Dang - Federal Way Ashley: Dr. Van Dang and his staff are fantastic. Like everyone else I don’t enjoy going to the dentist but he does a wonderful job and there is minimal discomfort when having dental procedures done. I couldn’t recommend them enough!
