Christina Denis: Arrived at MedFast before they opened. As several employees arrived they all walked by me and didnt say hello, felt kind of strange. The last two to arrive, were very friendly and asked me if Id like to come sit inside to wait. Turns out they were working the front desk and very friendly. Saw the Doctor (John) and he was extremely helpful and thoughtful in helping me with my symptoms. I was more than satisfied with his care and felt heard. He created a treatment that I felt comfortable with and was very responsive to my input. The only complaint I had about my experience was the "rock music/radio station" playing in the open office area when patient rooms were. It felt very unprofessional and I had a bit of a hard time focusing on my discussion with the Dr. with it playing just outside the door. I happen to enjoy rock music, but not during a professional appointment. Otherwise, I would definitely go back.

Gandi Ibrahim: Very poor service. Excellent team to check you in!!! After they check you in !!! Male nurse have no experience to operate the monitor to check heart peace maker device firing on my chest. He try very hard to read the catalog to operate the device to check the heart peace maker. 3 hours after waiting out side without any monitoring my heart or the monitor the peace maker the provider called me and sat near me on waiting area . Provider failed to call the peace maker representative to pause or adjust the firing device in my heart. The provider recommended to call a cardiology and make appointment. I left in severe pain and drove all the way to Health First Holmes in Melbourne. Within 15 minutes they admitted me in the hospital and more than 2 doctors checked my heart, they checked my peace maker. The call the devise representative to adjusted and they held me in the hospital to monitor my condition for 24 hours.

Penny Lefort: My disabled elderly mom went to see Dr Patel on a referral. He refused to examine her because she could not physically get up on their exam table due to her medical issues. He went so far as to physically pull on her arm to lift her onto the table even as he is being repeatedly told by my sister that he was hurting her and that she couldnt bend her knees to get up on the table! He was physically and verbally abusive to an elderly disabled woman! DON"T GO THERE!!!!!
