Every member of the staff that I encountered were friendly. Dr. Cole explained every step of the procedure and asked if I wanted to make an appointment to address my non-emergent needs. We have been supported with excellent care - going above and beyond expectations: My brother (visiting from Texas by RV) had a sudden tooth emergency. Dr. Cole communicated with us outside of business hours and spared him from a miserable journey home. I have chronic dental/oral issues caused by severe dry mouth. Dr. Cole, in coordination with my rheumatologist, was able to refer me to a local oral surgeon for a lip biopsy that yielded confirmation of Sjogrens disease. Autoimmune diagnoses are not easily acquired - this is a game changer in terms of my future health and dental plan of care. Shelly advises me about my dental insurance so I can receive optimal benefits. The dental assistants and hygienists are top notch. 5 /5 Mckenna Hoyt: Dr. Cole is absolutely amazing! I have never been a huge fan of going to the dentist until I started going to his office. The front desk gals are amazing and explained to me in detail what my insurance covered. The dental assistant and hygienist were gentle and kind with my cleaning and explaining what they were about to do. And finally, Dr. Cole has amazing chair-side manner and is very skilled in his profession. Thankful I have found a new dental office in Lewis county instead of having to drive to Olympia! 5 stars ⭐️

5 /5 Jason Jaber: Of all my yearly healthcare visits, the dentist has always ranked dead last. It was always a cold, impersonal experience and felt like a money-grab versus a collaborative experience. Glad to say I found Dr. Coles office and I am thankful I dont have to dread the experience any longer. Dr. Cole is an incredibly gentle and competent dentist, but more importantly, he is trustworthy. He also wont shame you for not flossing-- big perk! His office is clean and current and his staff are all friendly, professional and genuinely seem to enjoy working there.

Cory: I had a really bad dental emergency and I called and they literally got me in and seen me that same day. After seeing how bad of a condition it really was, they turned around and scheduled an apt for me the very next day! They said I was a priority to them and my health. They pulled the infected tooth which had caused a serious abcess a few days before. The abcess popped while I was there and they cleaned all the infection out, pulled that tooth and sent me on my way. All staff was super friendly and the Dr was absolutely amazing and kept me calm thru the entire procedure. I have high anxiety and fear the dentist entirely.. she was absolutely amazing hands down! I will be going here from now on! Aside from all the friendly staff members, they work with you if you cant afford it upfront. They do payment plans and help you in anyway they can. Absolutely an amazing place for your entire family! Highly recommend!!

Whitney the biller is amazing at making sure my needs are met at a timely manner and planning my treatment around my budget. She is very kind and flexible. The assistants are warming and make me feel very comfortable. The Dentist himself is kind, gentle and doesn’t make me feel like crap if something is hurting or I need more anesthetic. (Which past dentists have done) He makes great suggestions and is always honest about what is most affordable and not just wanting to take my money. I was bummed when Dr. Lim left but the new guy is just as great. Thanks so much to everyone at Cascade Family Dental. I recommend this clinic to everyone.
