I called the emergency line and they helped make sure the front desk knew what was going on and together they were able to get me in early that morning. They improvised to find a temporary solution while I wait on the permanent retainer. When they found a cavity they built a plan and made sure when I left I had a complete understanding of how to follow it. I was very anxious because of the issue that brought me in and they quickly put my mind at ease!

Awesome job and timing. Only issue was the waiting room was a little backed up so my appointment started later than it was initially supposed to start
King Isaac DDS - Kennewick Dennis Winden: Dr. King recently completed a Dental Implant to replace a molar. He was very thorough in clearly communicating to me the various options I had for dental repair. Having this implant has completely alleviated the dull pain I had experienced for years.
I also recently, over the Holidays, had a previous dental crown break on a day when their office was closed. Dr. King responded to my phone call and had me meet him at his office for a temporary repair within the hour.
He was able to complete the repair, determined the cause of the crown failure, and had me scheduled for a permanent crown replacement the following week.
The Staff at Kennewick Family Smiles has provided excellent dental preventative care for my family for the last 20 years here in the Tri-Cities. The whole staff is very friendly and professional in all of their services.
