5 /5 Cindy Harrington,R.N.: What an excellent experience at Astria Sunnyside Hospital we had yesterday.. What was a stressful event was handled quickly and very professionally. As an R.N. I can often find flaws in service during medical events, but I highly recommend this hospital the surgeons are extremely talented and support staff go above and beyond. I have never seen a surgeon go to such great lengths to explain what is going on and how he will be solving the issue. He even had a slide show. People should not feel discouraged that we lack medical facilities in our area. Sunnyside Hospital is a hidden gem.

1 /5 M V: Save yourself the trouble. Go to Prosser. I cant believe this hospital is not up to par with one that is smaller, let alone in a smaller city. I have been there for emergency care, and I was not impressed with the treatment I received. The doctor had no compassion whatsoever. And he had a bad attitude. I only went there because I thought Id get great service. Nope. Also, I hear they pay their employees poorly. You can totally tell because they look unhappy. Maybe thats why the quality of service is bad. Do better.

1 /5 Izz M: 0 stars if it would be possible. This is the worst hospital I have worked for in my entire life. As you will see staff has been sucked to the bones, and it shows as you can attest for yourself from the negative reviews. Staff is incompetent at best and negligent at worst, I have upper management asked me to lie on their behalf. Procedures are "winged" as the amount of work is overwhelming and the time to care on an individual is all but a blink of an eye. I have seen people be discharge who would have a serious case for negligence. I left because I would rather not be paid to disregard my morals and cause someone conscious harm.

1 /5 Judith: DO NOT waste your time, medical benefits, or energy here. The surgeons are amazing, and so were the nurses in surgical. Now the office staff and even the distasteful, rude, and self-centered person at the reception desk. I came in for a major surgery and was treated so rude that I was left in tears. I asked if it would be ok to wait in the surgery waiting area because the cold air was physically painful and was shooed away because her cell phone was more important, and I was disturbing her. Im sorry, when did patients become a piece of garbage in the medical setting????
