I decided to try BMD for a cleaning a couple of months ago because of the same day crown work and other reviews mentioning being comfortable with the staff. My cleaning was good. I was comfortable and as relaxed as I can be when sitting in the dental chair. My follow-up for a cavity was AMAZING! I forgot my ear buds. One of the staff offered me hers. The staff worked hard to get me set up and comfortable including turning on the massage chair for a distraction. They charged the ear buds for me and helped me sync them to my phone. They gave me a stress ball when they noticed my tension. Absolutely no pain at all. I didnt even feel the numbing shot, and the cavity work was painless and quick. They called me a couple of days later to make sure everything was okay with my dental work. Im so happy I found them! Best experience Ive had at the dentist in over 10 years. Im staying put.

Yesica Villegas: I went in for my dental cleaning and unfortunately the dental hygienist was not very kind. Most of the staff seemed to be in a bad mood/attitude. The last few times I’ve gone, I left feeling awkward. I went in feeling happy and walked out feeling out of place. Customer service is so important. This was one of the only dentist offices my insurance accepted which is why I stayed this long but unfortunately, I will be looking elsewhere.

Lynx W: We brought our two year old daughter here to get a dental surgery done and were immediately welcomed with a delightful smelling lobby, a friendly and sweet receptionist, very kid-friendly environment, and safe-feeling space. The dentists and anesthesiologist were all very informative and happy to answer any questions we may have had. They also immediately put on a kids show - Bluey, a family loved show, once we got to the waiting room, the room had toys to play with and a massage chair for the parent(s) / guardian to relax in while waiting, as well as quiet kid-friendly music played out in the lobby. The office has a very calm atmosphere, comfortable seats and lots to do for the kids, definitely recommend. After the procedure was done, the dentist came out to explain and answer any further questions that we may have as well as address any possible concerns, he has been awesome since we came here, so an additional thanks to Dentist / Dr. Collette ❤️
