Dr. Roeh is so gentle and goes at a pace that is most comfortable for her patients. Sarah also is very gentle with every cleaning including taking the X-rays. Quality Dentistry - lakewood - Lakewood Roseann Bean: Dr McDade was very good. I am not a dentist person. However I felt that I was in good hands while getting my bride replace. Everyone was was helpful and always concerned about how I was doing. I requested nitrous oxide because I am what you would call a nervous Nelly and needed something to keep me calm so the work got done quicker.

Dental & Orthodontics - lakewood - Lakewood Bobby Garcia: I would like to preface with I had exceptional care at this facility, quick turnaround time to be seen for a molar extraction that was cracked and causing me some pain. My issue stems from the billing aspect of things and being told lies about what my insurance did/did not cover. I was told that a procedure was not covered by my insurance and was forced to pay $800 out of pocket. Only to call my insurance after leaving the office and gave them the CPT code for said procedure and they stated it was covered. When I came back for my appointment a couple weeks later I mentioned this to the receptionist who also verifies and runs the insurance. I stated that the CPT code for the procedure i was charged $800 for was covered under my insurance and she tried to give me the run around about the technicalities of the procedure despite using a specific CPT code for the procedure. I stated CPT codes are unique identifiers for medical billing and coding, same goes for dental coding and that if my insurance said they covered that specific code I was charged for then it should be filed to my insurance as a claim. Weeks go by and they filed the claim excluding the procedure I was charged $800 for which led me to call them and inquire about it. Initially i left a voice message as nobody answered. A week went by with no response so I called again and spoke with the office manager. She also tried to give me the run around about the CPT codes and technical side of billing, as well as tried to say some people dont like to file claims as to not take away from their available benefits. I stated that was not the case and it was kind of shady business practices as I felt they intentionally excluded the one CPT coded procedure they made me pay out of pocket for from my claim. She stated she would submit it to insurance and guaranteed she would see to it. Here we are 2 weeks later and approaching the 90 days to file the claim and no claim for said procedure has been submitted. I feel cheated out of $800 I did not have to spend just so the dental office can make more money off of me than the contractual rate with my insurance. Please verify all coverage with CPT codes before doing anything with these people. I will be following up with Washington DOH and file a dispute in regards to their business practices.

And I absolutely hate the dentist due to traumatic dental work from a childhood accident, so I have so much anxiety going in for even just a cleaning. The staff does everything they can to make sure I have a tolerable if not enjoyable experience. This establishment has your best interest at heart and makes sure to make it as stress free of an experience as they can! I recently moved to Seattle and I am going to continue to come here, it’s worth the hour commute a couple times a year.
Gravelly Lake Dentistry - Lakewood Raenee Brown: I went in for a filling, told them I have anxiety and the numbing needle doesnt do much for me. They put a blood pressure cuff on, my BP was 59-68, normal for me. By the end it was 95. They didnt look at it at all. They used the needle 5-6 times, they rushed through the entire thing for no reason, one filling isnt proper (the back of it has a gap), and I was uncomfortable but couldnt tell them so I squirmed a bit, they just told me to stop moving. I also had a small panic attack which they didnt noticed or if they did, they ignored it. They also didnt talk me through what they were going to be doing. My lip is swollen and bruised, my gums are bruised. The swelling goes up to about the bottom of my eyelid. They also leaned on me to see the back of my teeth. When I went in to be assessed, they were kind, talked to me, joked with me, but...they were not that. My appointment was on 03/26.

Business .Called There After hours on Christmas eve with an emergency Dental problem, Dr Rothbauer called back within in less then 30 min while last min Xmas shopping and got me on ABOs .I am very happy to have gottent my dental surgery today it went better then I anticipated, and Felt I was in very good hands .I will definitely Not wait until it hurts to go see them . I could not be happier with the service I had these incredible awesome, sweet ladies whom work there know what they are doing and are so kind and attentive. My actual teeth were 3D printed especially for me within 3 weeks! Perfect fit, incredible quality, I literally was moved to tears they matched my facial structure so well when I saw my reveal after 8 years without a smile. I left a changed woman! THANK YOU SO MUCH! Xtracare Dental - Lakewood Vanessa P: Dr. Guzha is amazing. I had a tooth that needed a root canal, and I was referred to him by my dentist office. Ultimately, I decided to just have it removed, but they really do take extra care here. He took great care of me. I had my wisdom teeth taken out by him at his old location a few years back. Hes the only one I trust, and its hard to get me in that chair. I have severe anxiety about dental work, and they got it done! Thank you! I cant talk and tell them how thankful I am before leaving the office and happy holidays because Im so numb but very grateful! Very nice helpful staff also!
Blue Sky Dental - Lakewood John Mecca: Jeanine did a great job cleaning my teeth and explaining the importance of gum measurements and bone loss to me. While getting teeth cleaned is not always a happy experience, she made it as good as it could be :-)
