5 /5 William Woodard: I was able to see Dr. Timlin for an appointment the same day that I called the clinic to explain that I had a problem with a badly chipped front tooth. The assistant and the Dr. not only got the exam and X-Rays done but I also got a full sized filling attached to that damaged tooth as well. It looks very natural-almost identical—to my other teeth. In fact, my smile looks better after I left the clinic than it had been even before my accident happened when my tooth became chipped. I am glad that my damaged tooth didn’t need to be removed after all.

He made sure I was very informed in my decisions moving forward, as I had to get an extraction and implant. Again, I got that done same day! Didnt even have to schedule a separate appointment! Both dentist and assistant made me feel calm and heard when I had concerns. I think I found my new dentist!

Humes Blair (USMM): This business just recently changed ownership and names. It was Affordable Dental and is now doing business as South Sound Dental. I have been a patient since the place was opened as Affordable Dental and enjoyed excellent service from Dr Klade who recently retired. Now theres a new Indian Dr/Owner and she cares nothing about the patient and only about how much money she can suck out of the patient. The front counter women are rude and discourteous and often times dictate the care treatment instead of the Dentist. One day I witnessed 6 people walk out of the lobby in disgust. I will never return to this place even after 30 pervious years as this owner doesnt deserve the clients she serves. I would highly suggest that this place be avoided at all costs!

They did not try to accommodate they simply asked me to reschedule for another day. I even explained that I left work early because they confirmed my appointment the day before. It was my first time going to the clinic as a new patient, will not return.
